Fantastic experience: Cara is a caring professional trainer, she always sympathizes with my pain but keep pushing me to get the maximum out of myself every time! very knowledgeable in physiology, nutrition/ diet and even the psychology of training! training with Cara isn't a walk in the park! but a very challenging and satisfying experience. thanks for a great time Michael

Fantastic experience: After lifetime of failed faddy diets and ‘latest craze’ exercise classes I met Cara. Training with her has changed the way I think and feel about myself and the way I approach losing weight and getting fit. Cara is focussed and passionate about training me to achieve my goals. She has the rare ability to capture your vision, nurture your weakness and use her vast knowledge of nutrition and exercise to make you feel empowered, strong and capable. The one -to-one support is incredible, every training session is different and tailored especially for me. I am now stronger, thinner and more confident and will never set foot in a boring ‘gym’ again!

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Cara for almost a year now and thank god I started! When I started I couldn't even do 10 proper press ups! Now I feel and look so much stronger. I never wanted to be a gym junkie so the workouts we do are perfect. Just the right combination of strength training and mixed in with some awesome cardio workouts. Cara is the perfect trainer as she certainly knows her stuff, helps you reach your goals but also realises there is more to life than just training so you can still have some fun outside of training too! I would definitely recommend giving it a go!

Fantastic experience: I met Cara in October 2013. I had been battling with my weight for as long as I could remember and I'd had enough. I'd tried dieting, joining a gym, not eating etc and none of those worked. A friend recommended that I speak to Cara as she had just started training with her herself. I had previously been diagnosed with depression and also PCOS (poly-cystic ovaries) and I felt as if I was falling deeper and deeper into the quick sand. My husband and I had started talking about children and being overweight with depression and poly-cystic ovaries seemed like a recipe for disaster. I have wanted nothing more than to be a mother for as long as I could remember, so I made that first step. It took me two weeks to gather the courage to actually message Cara to arrange a meeting. I was worried meeting her at the studio would be so overwhelming - Full of muscley men and women who were skinny and staring at themselves in the mirror. Boy, was I wrong! Men and women of all different shapes and sizes, and NO mirrors. I instantly breathed a huge sigh of relief and felt completely at home. I met with Cara and discussed everything. I put all my cards on the table and told her I needed help to change my life. That I wanted to be a mother and I needed to be pushed to my limits. Before I knew it, I had had my first proper training session with my very own personal trainer! There were copious amounts of tears, nausea, dizziness, the works. Cara never stopped encouraging me. She listened, let me cry, let me scream but continued to believe in me and tell me I was more than capable of pushing through those boundaries. I have seen Cara once a week for the last 6 months. I haven't needed to join a gym. Seeing Cara once a week and walking during the week has been enough for me to lose the weight and continue to keep losing it. Not long before I started seeing Cara, I hopped on the scales. I didn't look at the number, but I asked my husband to look and write it down on a piece of paper. I told him not to show me. He recently showed me. When I weighed in at home a few weeks before I started training with Cara, I weighed in at 124kgs. When I had my initial weigh in with Cara, I weighed 119kgs. Now, 6 months later I weigh 105kgs. I have have gone down almost 2 dress sizes and I am starting to fall in love with me! People have noticed my weight loss and have commented on how happy I look. My reply, "I am!" I have Cara to thank for this. Without her, I wouldn't have come this far. I have been pushed to my limits and 110% encouraged the entire way with calls, texts and weekly catch ups before every session. Being held accountable to someone has absolutely made pushing through those boundaries easier and I wouldn't change it for the world. I would recommend seeing a personal trainer to anyone who may have been feeling like me - So stuck and confused, embarrassed, scared, lost and all those other terrifying emotions. Working out with someone at my side has made all the difference. A friendly ear to confide in and to encourage me to keep going is what I have been searching for this entire time. It has absolutely changed my life and given me the courage and determination to get my life and my body the way I want it to be. Cara, you're amazing and I love you. Fantastic experience: I never knew how much I didn't know about fitness and nutrition until yesterday! Just one session with you Cara and a big change is happening, I can feel it! My turn now to do the work, just gotta keep the motivation, I reckon I can do it!!!
