Fantastic experience: In town for a visit over Xmas and NY and this was the only gym that could be arsed to be staffed with a reasonable casual rate. Locally owned and operated. No frills. I would wager that some of the weight plates remember when Kennedy was shot but they do the job. Excellent range of equipment. Less fur coat, more knickers. Overall a great gym.

Fantastic experience: Best bodybuilding and powerlifting gym there is! Mike is super passionate and puts 150% into everything he does. An absolute gem of a place for little ol te awamutu.
