Fantastic experience: Have nothing but great things to say about the team at F45 Silverdale. Took the plunge post-baby and did a trial, loved it. The trainers are awesome and so motivating. You can be any ability and will be welcomed. A very clean, spacious, well kept gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome F45 in Silverdale! I’ve been to a few and it’s the best one I’ve worked out at. The space is massive with high ceilings which gives it a good feel. The trainers are all very friendly and members very welcoming to newbies.

The trainers are awesome and really help cater to any injury you may have by offering alternative exercises which is great it's a really neat vibe, with people of all ages and physical abilities joining in. Overall it's gets you super sweaty and teaches you alot, I highly recommend to everyone

Fantastic experience: My first time at f45 Silverdale, its great, way better than going to a gym by yourself and not knowing the correct procedure for getting fit. The f45 Silverdale team are champions. IMO get there 10 minutes early for stretching.

Positive experience: I’m a bit of a giraffe, a bit unco and not particularly fit but I’m loving my workouts with F45 Silverdale. Theyre fast, effective and over and done with quickly. I go at midday on my days off which is really convenient.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely lifechanging! I started with F45 Silverdale in September 2019 and have barely missed a class since. The classes are always filled with loads of excitement and each session is different. The camaraderie between all who attend is phenomenal, it feels like our extended family. As for the trainers, I have yet to meet fitness industry professionals who understand fitness, body mechanics and nutrition the way the team does in Silverdale. In short, F45 has completely changed the way I think about fitness and health and it has a HUGE thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: Have just done my first month at F45 in Silverdale and absolutely loved it. Emma is the absolute best trainer with so much energy and great yarns, even first thing in the AM. Adam does a good stretch session after class too. Equipment is well maintained and location is great with heaps of parking in the morning.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!!! I joined F45 Silverdale when they first opened in May 2019. I have attended over 250 classes which must say something about how good it is! This is the longest gym membership I have ever kept - the coaches are super friendly, welcoming and helpful, the classes are never the same, the music helps with the positive vibe and the group of members are fantastic (#teamtraininglifechanging). I have also made some awesome friends which helps a lot with motivation. I would highly recommend F45 Silverdale to anyone at any fitness level and to anyone who wants to smash their fitness goals. Fantastic experience: F45 Silverdale has been awesome to me! The trainers are exceptional and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. The facilities and equipment is kept nice and clean. Different workouts - no two are the same, so no chance of you getting bored. Fellow members are inspiring and the music is great. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. This is not just a fitness studio, it's a community, an extended family.
