Fantastic experience: I used to think a gym is a gym and that all gyms are created equal - that's until I joined The Workshop in Cromwell. The Workshop is a gym where everyone is welcome, whether you are young, old, experienced, new to excercise, a new mum or trying to live a healthier life. They have an excellent variety of classes with trainers that are skilled and knowledgeable and who will push you just the right amount, building your confidence without risking injury. Durinf my time there, the gym was kept clean and equipment was always working. I love that they accommodate children and even dogs but what I love most about the The Workshop is that they are a gym that cares about their community. They have classes for people with Parkinsons but also for kids that need that little bit of self-confidence and pour back into the community in so many different ways. It's not just physical, they care about their members' mental health and wellbeing. By far the best gym I've ever been too.

Fantastic experience: So much more than a clean 24 hour gym with great classes and an awesome variety of equipment. So much more than offering expert osteo and physio, massages, acupuncture, high quality PT sessions with tailor made nutrition plans. It's a family. It's a community of people that lift eachother up, egg eachother on and build eachothers confidence. It's my happy place. And there's dogs. What more could you want!

Especially as a mum being able to bring my kids with me is such an incentive to get to the gym and having supportive staff like they do is awesome! They’re always happy to answer any questions and help you, or just there with a smile on their face. Couldn’t get better

Fantastic experience: The BEST GYM around by a mile! Epic Trainers that are so encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly and FUN! They really support you to smash your goals! Classes are fresh and changing constantly to continue to push and challenge. The team here also take the time to show you the correct technique or to accommodate injuries/ability. Great Vibes and People! Also love dog cuddles while stretching!

The best classes in Cromwell (I've tried them all so take my word for it !) the trainers are super helpful they adapt exercises to your ability giving you that just right challenge. It's also a big plus the workshop is family friendly with a children's area to keep the kiddos entertained ‍♀️

If you need a gym go see the crew you wont regret it. P.s do no mercy you will love it! Duncan is amazing with the best tunes.

Exceptional crew, outstanding facilities and most importantly the crowd that trains there are out of this world to be a part of Never have I come across so many like minded people that are there to cheer you on while you smash your goals. Get over your fears of what you thought gym life would be cause this place ain't that. These guys believe in you, if you believe in yourself! Ps: this place is kid and pet friendly so you have no excuses

Would definitely come back! If only we did not live in Wellington… Showers are great as well THANKS so much for having our session here, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently spent a week training at the Workshop Gym when on holiday from Australia. From the day I went in to sign up I was greeted by name every time, they went out of their way to accommodate me & my needs and I was so impressed by the quality and range of equipment in there. Can't recommend them enough, the atmosphere is great and its best gym I've trained at by far!
