Fantastic experience: I have been always gone to regular gyms like CF or LM and have never seen such fast results as I have since joining F45 Glenfield. Their team are so motivational and supportive, I have turned into someone who actually wakes up wanting to come to the gym! I am the strongest mentally and physically that I have ever been since joining up. worth it

Fantastic experience: F45 is the best choice that I could have made, especially F45 Glenfield. Other Gyms is a waste of time and money, F45 Glenfield gets the job done. You don’t have to worry or think what is next as everything is well planned and it works. All the management and trainers are great and feel’s like family after a wile.

Fantastic experience: Nearly a year at F45 Glenfield, and I can give it nothing less than 5 stars, i go 3-4 times a week and its never a chore, the trainers are what makes every class a powerful experience, it's fun and full of positive energy, the fact that I feel stronger every day at a tender age of 57 is a priceless bonus

Fantastic experience: I have never trialed at a gym before let alone joined up with one. Im so glad that Taylor and Frances talked me around as its the best choice ive ever made not only for my running but my whole self. After 9 months of having physio for a back injury, after only 2 weeks at F45 and ive had 0 back pain since and got to finish physio. Amazing team, amazing vibe, amazing place.

They have created a really wonderful atmosphere and friendly culture at the gym that leaves you feeling included even if you're new. Positive experience: This is the most consistent in training I have been. I have no regrets joining f45 Glenfield. The class style of training is motivating and keeps the vibes high. Costs are slightly high but who’s to put a price on health and well-being.

Fantastic experience: I actually love the thought of 45-minute intense workout. No time for phones. I signed up for 6 months and so far i didn't regret it. I usually go at least 3-4 times a week. and trying to maximise the amount i paid. I have this mentality that if i missed a session, I'm actually not utilising the money i paid for. It is truly expensive, but i can say it's worth it.

Fantastic experience: F45 Glenfield had changed my life. I finally have found a gym I can call my second home. The trainers are amazing, the vibe is something else, and the community is so welcoming. I have tried many other gyms etc and have never had results like I have with f45. I'm not not only physically fitter I'm mentally fitter. And I can't wait to train each day !!! The variety of exercises is fit for anyone and any levels... I love this place... they got me for life !!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing studio, trainers and workouts! I’ve been a member for about 5 weeks now and have loved every class. The trainers are always smiling and greet everyone, they help all throughout the work outs and their encouragement seems so genuine. Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Glenfield with my daughter a year ago very unsure of what I had got myself into. Immediately I found a new family of trainers and members who all contributed to make the last 12 months the best fitness journey I have experienced in my 55 years. F45 is for anyone, any age, and in any shape ready to make positive changes in their lifestyle. And the Glenfield family is the best.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time ever attending a cross for styled gym, and I LOVE it. Glenfield F45 has the best vibes there, especially for beginners. There is no judgement and full support from everyone, the coaches are incredible and keep me motivated. As someone who was super nervous about signing up and wasn’t too good with consistency this place has made me LOVE it. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Was really nervous stepping into an environment like this but all that washed away as soon as i went to a class! Trainers are lovely and supportive and classes themselves are diverse and fun! Really made me enjoy exercising again!

Fantastic experience: Dropped into Glenfield this morning for a 9am Mkatz session, which I have done way too many times before. I have trained at a few F45 studios here in NZ & abroad but Never have I walked away from a studio undecided about how I felt about the workout?! Undecided because my brain hadn’t quite caught up with my body to let me know how I was really feeling.♂️ Coaches Emma & Adam, your extra encouragement did not go unnoticed. From the squat that little bit deeper to the hold for an extra second. It all definitely helped towards the exhaustion. Awesome coaches!!

Fantastic experience: Did the 7 day trial.... Now I'm hooked! I'm a person that needs to be motivated to do exercise. Group based workouts seem to fit those requirements. I've tried all kinds of gyms and group fitness set ups in the past. F45 has a streamline system that made things easier for me. I loved the run through of the class before you start. As for me it helped get my head in the game. The location was another solid tick in the "motivation box" Lastly, the friendly crew and fellow sweat team makes every session a joy.

Fantastic experience: F45 has made working out easy and fun. I don’t need to stress about what I’m doing or how to do the exercise because everything is laid out and the trainers sooo helpful. The trainers are encouraging and push everyone to do their best. Everyone is doing the same thing so no need to be embarrassed or worried. F45 is such a great place to get a good sweat and enjoy working out

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would become ‘addicted’ to any form of regular exercise...I had heard all the hype regarding F45 so I gave it a go. I’m now ‘addicted’ myself! The support and community feel in class is fantastic and I look forward to each session. At 53 years old I was nervous but as you work at your own pace this is something anyone can do!
