Was looking for a place with a mixture of cardio and resistance while working in a group setting and this was the perfect place. The coaches have been amazing throughout, always keeping the energy high while also giving advice and guidance when needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, having the best experience. ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I recently attended some classes at F45 Newmarket using F45 traveller, as I am a member at another studio. I messaged via Instagram to enquire and received a reply from Raissa really fast! The process was very smooth and when I came to my first class I was made to feel very welcome. The owner and coaches were super friendly, very encouraging, positive and they were really involved with everybody in the class. They kept me on my toes and putting in maximum effort, and of course, mandatory high-fives Next time I’m in Auckland, I’ll definitely be back!! And encourage their members to do the same and come along to Marshland studio when they visit Christchurch ☺️

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 in New Market for 10 months and what started out as an effort for me to attend has totally turned around into an important part of my week. Apart from the fact I have made a really good start on my health and fitness journey it has been made so much easier as the trainers and other members who provide such a great vibe.

Fantastic experience: I will start by saying that "a cheap gym that you don't go to is an expensive one". I paid months of gym memberships but could never be consistent with my workouts - I find it really boring to train on my own and having to plan what exercises I'll do. Since I joined F45, 2 months ago, I've been going for at least 4x times a week, and am chocked by how much my body has changed in such a short time. Also nice to notice my energy levels rising and less mood swings - I think there's nothing more motivating than seeing results! Less than 45min workout a day, with a mix of strengths, cardio, and resistance training ready for me, great coaches correcting my form and motivating me throughout the classes, + great group vibes and great playlists. It turns out to be great value for money!!!

Fantastic experience: Tēnā koutou katoa, What can I say about the manaakitanga that Chris and his team have shown me since I have started visiting F45 Training Newmarket since April 2022. I have to do a lot of domestic travel and in particular to our Auckland, Newmarket office. Whenever I am up there Chris has been completely welcoming and encourages me to turn up to classes as needed which is usually first thing in the morning. His team are awesome and just as welcoming and they always have a smile and a warm welcome back whenever I return. I cannot thank Chris and the F45 Newmarket team enough for always making me feel at home (as I know you don't have to) for pushing me and of course for ensuring that I get my workout in. Fantastic experience: The team at f45 put me through my paces this morning on the new Wyvern workout. I was shattered at end and could barely do a burpee. This place will push you to your limits and then some more. If you want to get in shape and be competitive this is the place to be as they have the lion heart system which tracks your heart rate in a points based format so no matter how fit you are it will show how much effort you put in. Fantastic experience: I have been in couple other F45's but what is different in Newmarket is the atmosphere. Trainers are friendly and chatty. They make you feel welcomed, doesn't matter are you newbie or old member. The music is great and if you are having good time, it's easy to meet people too. There is some catchy smiles shared with high fives.
