Fantastic experience: Great gym and lovely group environment; thoroughly enjoyed my training at Fitstop. The coach’s are very knowledgeable and members are very encouraging. If you’re not sure about functional group training, Fitstop is the place to give it a go.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved my workout at Fitstop Albany! The team here is fantastic; super welcoming and supportive, making it easy to jump in no matter your fitness level. The session was well-structured and adaptable, so I could push myself while still feeling comfortable. It was the perfect way to break up the day and get moving. The vibes were excellent, the energy was high and the tunes were on point! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend! Sorry no photo as I was a sweaty mess! Will be back!

Fantastic experience: Courtney and her team create such a welcoming and friendly environment for everyone at Fitstop Albany. You can really tell she cares about the people who walk through the doors. The education of the trainers is second to none, so you know you are receiving the best advice. It is honestly just the best gym and I would recommend to anyone looking to start their gym journey or to find a new gym to call home.

Fantastic experience: Joined about 6 months ago. I've been loving it! Wonderful community with amazing, supportive, and knowledgeable trainers/coaches. I personally have made a lot of fitness progress, my strength and endurance have improved significantly since joining. You can book and track your progress on their easy to use app. It's a spacious gym and I really like the small team based workout style, for me, it's really motivating and fun. Can highly recommend Fitstop Albany!!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym with excellent coaches. Family friendly, supportive and engaged. They are always ready to adapt exercises when needed. My kids love going and there is a kids corner that is safe. My happy place.

Fantastic experience: I joined Fitstop Albany since it opened in April 2023 and have been enjoying all classes. Courtney, Jordy and Maria create the best atmosphere and make each of us feel comfortable and supported. For someone like me who is not confident about working out, the three of them guide me with the correct form for the exercises. Absolutely love how supportive everyone is to each other and I continue to enjoy every session. Would 100% recommend Fitstop Albany to anyone :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Fitstop Albany since it first opened and loving it - such a great, welcoming community of like-minded fitness-passionate people! Courtney and the girls ( Jordy and Maria) are awesome - working (us) hard ️ whilst always smiling and keeping the sessions fun and engaging . At the same time, everyone is made to feel welcome and catered for, regardless of their fitness level or goals/inclination. Keep up the good work guys
