Positive experience: I had signed up but never used the day pass due to our house being on fire. I sent an email to winton and they were happy to help make adjustments and had enrolled to the whole year in the process. Awesome service!

Fantastic experience: Great gym to keep my workouts going while I was traveling. Jade was super helpful ( I turned up for a look as she was finishing her shift and she stayed late ) making sure I would have access for my preferred early morning workout. Gym has a bit of everything, it was clean and well organized. It had a friendly vibe. I will definitely use NRG again when I am next in the area. Thanks NRG

Fantastic experience: Love going to NRG for my strength fix. Easy to use equipment and it’s helpful that I can go there after kid bed time with the 24 hour access. If I have any questions on using equipment or gym access, all the trainers are really helpful and eager to assist.

Fantastic experience: My home gym. Best community gym I've ever been to. A place where you can deadlift 300kgs and then sit around and have a yarn with the silver sneakers! Honestly just love NRG, it will always be my favorite gym no matter where I am.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Nothing fancy, but everything you need and clean and functional. I used this gym casually over the holiday period when it was unstaffed: it was quite straightforward to buy a gym pass on my phone by scanning the QR code on the door.

Positive experience: Staff friendly. Good variety of equipment but some of it is getting a bit old and worn out. Quite expensive to join compared to other centres.

Fantastic experience: Lovely and very helpful staff!! Love the flexibility I get being a student coming home for summer and the ability to train in any of their Gyms. The spacious area with the sliding door is fantastic in the summer. Would recommend highly. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Cromwell’s NRG gym for their morning fit classes for 3 years now. The class is three times a week and is always varied and well thought out, the class gives me a great base for my training in multi-sport and the NRG team are always organised, friendly and very approachable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: $15 a week for students so cheap, as well as friendly staff. Great environment if you need help theirs is always someone around and a judging free environment. Heaps of equipment and a spacey gym lots of room.

Fantastic experience: The NRG team nailed it when I asked them for help personalising my gym floor and class plan. The equipment is in awesome condition and their yoga teacher is brilliant. The whole feel of the gym is welcoming, encouraging and friendly. Just love it.

Positive experience: A smaller gym than what I'm used to back home in the US, but still well equipped. Needs some more cleaning stations (spray and wipes) around the place, though. I like that there's 24-hour access, makes it super convenient no matter your schedule.

Fantastic experience: One time visit was 15$, I liked that gym. For longer term you get much better deal. Got my deal for 2 months while spending time in Cromwell. 24h access is really good. Staff very friendly. Will go there again for sure.
