Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Joining F45 has been my first time using a class-based approach to exercise and I'm a convert. I have a shoulder injury and Honor has been amazing at always providing alternative exercises when I need them. All the trainers at the studio are super welcoming and meet you where you are to give you a tailored experience even in a class-based setting. :)

Fantastic experience: Great studio! I was visiting from out of town and am a member at another F45 studio. They offered discounted drop in rates for existing members, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym itself is spacious and clean. I got a couple great workouts in during my visit. They offer challenging workouts that can scale based on athletic ability. Would definitely revisit next time I'm in town!
