Positive experience: Hi I have tried to call here 9 times regarding funds been taken out of my account In this past week And no one Has answered on all 9 occasions at different times of the day in working hours And no one called me back as I left a message to be called back as the voice mail suggests, seriously why even bother putting up a phone number!? This is pathetic customer service and you'll need to make a change!

Negative experience: I had my account cancelled last year in August due to lockdown. Without any notice this year in March money is being taken from my account. I called Kyle and he was no help he practically just said he can't do anything. Taking money from my account without my knowledge is theft.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming gym and I have formed a very good relationship with the managers Kyle and Nathan. They have both been very supportive through my journey over the last two years. Have been a Snap Fitness member for nearly 5 years. I feel like I can talk to them anytime about anything and I have done so. I will continue to keep a friendship with them and even during lockdown they checked in on me to see if I was ok. I highly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome space to workout. The team led by manager Kyle are friendly and helpful. Always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. Bryan Koh is a superb PT - pushes, motivates and encourages without killing you! Provides excellent advise and guidance around nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this gym. Will not be returning to a Snap gym after my experience. Particular manager has no interest to help his clients, unless you're one of his friends. Showers and toilets disgusting quality, unusable. Gym gear never gets cleaned, dust and dirt build up. Manager doesn't lead by example and leaves gear dirty after use, pre-covid I would have found this disappointing. Manager had no desire to establish why I wanted to cancel my membership so early-only insisted on penalty charges.

Fantastic experience: It’s the first gym I’ve been too that feels very welcoming with staff that are willing to help you with anything. Entrance was hard to find but only a phone call away for help - now I know my way in through market car park from outside the mall Loved my first week!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience thus far at Snap Fitness Ormiston. They have high quality equipment and the staff have a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: They’ve only been open a week and haven’t received all of their machines just yet so I’m bearing that in mind. They’ve got some cardio machines, some weights, and an area for yoga & the other classes they offer. They’re doing silver memberships at the moment for $17/week. They’ve got 3 showers & 3 toilets, all separate, smallish and unisex. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. It will be good when it’s all set up properly and classes are running but is definitely small in size. Entrance is from The Market carpark side of the mall, next to Five Star Nails, the gym is on level 1.
