Negative experience: Hmm... emailed, texted and called to try this place but no reaponsea at all. Oh well. I've been at F45 for 2 years so I know the set will be worth to the 2 starts, minis 3 for the lack of comms sorry

Fantastic experience: Sensational training sessions, music is good. Trainers take the time to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly. Well worth the money you pay. It's more than just a gym. You feel like family while you are there.
