Marina Fitness Centre is a dedicated fitness environment where you can enjoy personalised fitness programmes, guidance and encouragement from our friendly, qualified trainers, the latest and greatest cardio and weight machines, fun fitness challenges and an amazing, supportive community of likeminded people.

Whether you prefer to work out on your own, with a trainer or in a group fitness environment, we’ve got the fitness solution that will help you meet your goals.

Marina Fitness has the latest and greatest cardio and weight machines, group fitness classes and an amazing, supportive community of likeminded people — all overlooking the beautiful Half Moon Bay marina.

We know that everyone's needs are different so, in consultation with you, when you become a member we tailor a support programme to best serve you while you're getting (fit and) active your way.

At our gym, we understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique and personal. That's why we're excited to offer our members (and non-members) the option of working with a personal trainer.

Our experienced personal trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. With personalised workout plans and one-on-one attention, you'll have the support and guidance you need to reach your full potential.

Janine is a qualified and REPs registered Personal Trainer. Her special training interests are weight loss, strength training, full rehabilitation, and daily functional fitness, she can do it all!

Group fitness classes get you off the couch and interacting with our community. They also harness the group's energy to create a motivating, challenging, and totally addictive workout experience.

Focus on your core with the core principles of pilates! The eight principles of the pilates technique – concentration, breath, centering, control, precision, movement, isolation and routine – are brought together to give you a low-impact workout that strengthens like nothing else.

This class incorporates all the standard Pilates principles, but is designed to be gentle on the senior body. Work on your core strength, posture and mobility with the support of our trained instructors. Suitable for 65 years+.

Yoga your mind and yoga your body. This workout can range from gentle and slow-moving to dynamic, but it always tones, shapes and centres the mind without impact or stress.

A dance sensation! This high-energy class combines Latin rhythm with easy-to-follow moves to deliver a one-of-a-kind fitness programme. With dancing like this, you won’t even realise you’re working out!

A mix of resistance and cardio training that excludes movements of getting up and down from the floor. Ideal for older adults (65yrs+) that have reasonable mobility and do not require a walking aid.

Positive experience: Heard so much good stuff about being the gold membership and comments that they have the best view of gym. Unfortunately the trees have now outgrown and block the view. Quite a small gym however my comments are based on my one short time experience.

Fantastic experience: BEST. GYM. EVER. !! Great, knowledgeable instructors, variety to fit in with your life, hobbies, schedule and social needs. But most of all, the people. The members are a truly special kind of people, a true community where everyone cares about each other and knows each other by name. This gym is so many people's happy place <3
