Positive experience: Not good customer service. There’s no contact number, only an email address. When I emailed them to ask a question, they didn't reply back.

Negative experience: Hit or miss with getting good instructors/instruction.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy their classes! Their instructors are very amazing and very patient to correct some wrong structures that some students do during classes. They also offer deals every Wednesday and Friday. I have attended roughly about 20 classes from them since July 2022 and I can definitely feel my body getting stronger. It really heals my back pain, and cramps, and brings so much peace when doing classes too.

Negative experience: Even though the trainers are amazing and the class was amazing as well. But the person who is responding to the emails and enquires are not friendly. With very impatient tone and using a lot of the !!!!!! in the conversation. Please work on your customer services on emails :)

Fantastic experience: My happy place! Definitely book a class with David, he knows his stuff. His counting is painfully slow, but you get the results, and crippling sore muscles the next day. So satisfying. (Obviously you can choose how hard you want to push yourself).

Fantastic experience: The best reform place around, have been to them all and the instructors here aren't just certificate holders, they know their stuff!! They know their biomechanics and are skilled at adapting movements and exercises to each individual. They know when to push you and what to do when you are needing a bit of a guidance.

Fantastic experience: Before i went, i was skeptical about the classes. Must be boring bla bla. After one class, im a convert. Totally love the classes and instructor. One session will leave you sore for days. Love this place!
