Fantastic experience: Female Federation is a fantastic gym. I go regularly to the 11am pilates class. Erica, the instructor, is fantastic, so skilled at leading the class. She always gives several levels of each exercise routine- easy/ moderate/ advanced so she caters for everyone. As well as her talent as a trainer, she has a warm, friendly and relaxed manner. Her classes are always well attended. Over the years I have made many recreational buddies at the gym.

Fantastic experience: Fem fed is a great vibe Safe and friendly Easy going staff that are super welcoming. I've never had to wait for a machine. Stoked to be coming here for support in my strength building. I would absolutely recommend anyone interested to come have a look see there's a 10 day free trial waiting for you to give it a no-strings go

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with this gym. Please before you sign up read every fine print. They used my wrong bank account and before I knew I was receiving fees from debit success saying I owed all this money. I have been trying to rectify this since and neither this gym or debit success have been helpful. Female federation sent a email stating if I leave I will owe over $1000 including the $150 to leave which I was never told as well as including these fees and I only have been 2 times and signed up in March. I have never had this issue anywhere else before so want to help others avoid this happening as I have also heard of two people I know now having the same issue when they hadn’t missed a payment

Negative experience: this is quite a small gym. i did go here for quite some time as i liked it was all women, and i felt more comfortable. however, it is very small and the machines are very old, there is also limited machines. i think it is quite expensive for what it offers

Particularly Jill who is great at walking around and correcting when you’re not doing an exercise quite right I find that really really helpful. Thank you to everyone

Negative experience: Had a positive experience till my membership got canceled with no notice or no communication from gym staff.. I can guess I couple of reasons why but very bummed out I didn't get any explanation but a cancellation email!

Fantastic experience: Female Federation is the BEST place for ladies looking for a supportive, encouraging, well-equipped, fun, friendly gym! The amazing trainers and staff know each member so well and provide an environment that empowers you to reach your own goals - providing encouragement always and advice when desired! There are such a large number and variety of group classes with knowledgeable, passionate trainers that go above and beyond to make each class motivating and fun! Facilities are always great and so clean - with hot showers and great hair dryers! I have never experienced a gym like this and highly recommend you check it out for yourself! :)

Positive experience: Clean, tidy and friendly little gym with a good mix of ages. The staff are lovely and make you feel welcome and included and take a genuine interest in their clients. They have a good mix of classes on a rolling schedule. The gym is small but not crowded. If your looking for an exclusively female gym this is the one for you. Parking is available outside.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love fem fed. Have moved from a bigger, commercial gym and I have noticed a HUGE difference in friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, and more. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and all the members are too. Going to the gym is my favourite part of my day because of fem fed. <3
