Negative experience: my girlfriend went in to get her knee wrapped this random guy made her do squats with her hands again the wall i don’t think that is necessary for just getting your knee wrapped.

Positive experience: The specialist that I've seen for a shoulder injury here is professional, proactive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this service. The cynical surcharge is not welcome though as acc does pay for the treatment 100%. Folks have no choice to seek treatment to heal their injury, so shouldn't be financially stung this way. It is Kaitaia though...
