Fantastic experience: Just had the best massage with Prim (might spelt wrong). The fact that I literally just had it (am currently sitting here in the relaxing area still) says a lot. It was one of the best experiences with this lady! Hugely recommend this place and the therapist. Will be back again for sure!

Negative experience: If you’re a family it’s probably great. If you’re neurodivergent with sensory issues it will probably be hell for you in the pool which is also where the spa, sauna and steam room are located. No signage around asking guests to be respectful and/or mindful of noise so you will have multiple children shrilling and screaming in a room that is designed to echo and amplify noise.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful 'couples massage' with my 7 year old grandson. What a treat and such a lovely memory. We did the 'Together Time' which included a 30 min massage each plus a 30 min facial for myself and a manicure for the little one. We both loved our time there. Gina & Siska were so amazing and patient. Would highly recommend

Negative experience: There were cockroaches in the sauna and ants in showers. We told the lady at the reception but she didn’t seem to care. Not worth the $50 entry and definitely would not go again.

Positive experience: Really lovely and well equipped gym and pool area. Includes sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and ice baths. Facilities are clean and luxurious - well worth the $50 price tag for entry. One could spend all day there! The pool and gym area also opens up outside so you get the best of indoor / outdoor space. Very well appointed and had a fabulous time there However disappointing let down by the staff - they took my drivers license at entry however they forgot to return it to me when I left despite me returning my locker keys. I called up the next day and asked if they could post it to me as I was away for the next three weeks and the woman was incredibly rude about it saying no it’s not her problem it was her colleague angel who forgot and that I’d have to come back to collect. When I stated I was away for three weeks, and didn’t want it to go missing, she said that wasn’t it her problem and hung up on me! I tried calling back several times but mysteriously no answer. Pretty shitty customer service

Fantastic experience: Amazing every time! I have been going to the pullman spa for 10 years now and never have regrets. Always walk out feeling fabulous. So much value for money with the relaxation room, spa, sauna and pool aling with valet parking inclueed. Service and facilities are outstanding.

Positive experience: I come to this spa every week, and I almost have nothing bad to say because this spa is amazing. The pools, the saunas and the steam room are big and can go up to very high temperatures which is great. There are also the chairs that are great to have especially on the balcony. The only thing that I would definitely try to work on is the hygiene…I never had any problems with the hygiene for a few years but it seems to be getting a little worse lately, especially inside the saunas. It seems that sometimes the floors aren’t washed under the wooden planks which makes them look rusty and dirty. Also sometimes when the steam room loses its steam and it becomes cold, it starts to smell. Unfortunately because of some other customers the shower floors become covered in hair. It’s definitely still worth the visit every time although a bit better cleaning would help so much :)

Fantastic experience: The most luxurious spa treatment! Did the 90-min full body exfoliation, massage and facial. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to reset. Everything is top tier from the moment you walk in - warmly greeted, professionally taken through instructions, tranquil settings and the spa treatment itself was incredible. A big thank you to Yuki who was kind, calm and soothing to make my experience that much more relaxing for a pregnant mama!

Fantastic experience: Been here twice now! Very nice treat. I like how you can go for as long as you want in opening hours. Sauna, steam room, pool and deck cheers to chill or nap on (in the shade or sun).

Fantastic experience: Just had the most amazing manicure with Cardi! (I hope I've spent that right). Such a tranquil setting and amazing treatment that went above and beyond. The most relaxed I've been in a long time - I definitely fell asleep after the lovely hand/arm scrub and massage, yet my manicure was still perfect! She even helped me put on my shoes to protect the polish highly recommend this beautiful therapist, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience at the Luxe Spa today. It was my first time, and I wanted a traditional pedicure with some exfoliating massage, a little nail tidy, and some colour. I was greeted by a warm and friendly young lady, then shown to a tranquil waiting area. Polutu, my therapist, was lovely and gave me a really nice pedicure. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Pim was an amazing massage therapist! The spa was extremely relaxing. The massage felt amazing. The music was great—taste and soothing. Overall, I really enjoyed this massage and would recommend it over the many that I’ve had. I really enjoyed the choice of aroma and the tea in the end!

Negative experience: I booked myself in along with my adult kiddo for a spa manicure and pedicure. We were looking forward to 2 hours of relaxation. The spa is beautifully appointed, quiet, and peaceful. The front of house person very friendly and helpful. The technicians who did the service were nice. So, what was the problem? When paying the prices commanded one would not expect the following > being seated in the waiting area, which is very well done, next to someone’s left over dishes; > having a very hard time getting the shellac service performed. This took some convincing; > having the choice of perhaps 10 colours. This is really unheard of for any nail salon; >having the finished product be substandard. My nails and toes looked as if I had done them myself and the product, even though shellac, hardly lasted 2 weeks before looking shoddy; > during the service, one is laying down on a very nice, heated bed. But, during the pedicure, both knees are required to be bent for quite a while for the toes to be done. This was quite uncomfortable. Would we return? Perhaps for a massage once we clarified all the details of the service. For a manicure/pedicure- never. This is no reflection on those performing the services as they were lovely and the massages on the hands and feet good- that is the reason I would consider trying a message. But, when paying the prices commanded for manicure and pedicures, one has a right to except a much better service.

Fantastic experience: A must do if you’re staying at the Pullman, or even just want a spa day. The aromatherapy massage was heavenly, the facilities were well thought, and you can even use the pool, spa, sauna, and steam room before or after. Cannot rate how tranquil this was highly enough.

Positive experience: Great service and facilities. It’s so hard to find a quiet pool with long open hours during during pandemic. 如果主要是去做spa和游泳的话，去的频繁一定要办卡，最低会员卡也可以做非常多的项目。我主要办卡是去游泳和gym，比next gen的人少很多，如果去的次数频繁，就pullman的服务和设施来说，其实是非常划算的。

Fantastic experience: Super relaxing and rejuvenating environment.. Loved using the jacuzzi, pools, steams room and sauna. Every thing is well maintained with helpful staff. Perfect place to de-stress and relax. The soap, shampoo and the body lotion smell divine as well. Excellent job, team!☺️

Fantastic experience: I went on a coupon through grabone with my best friend. Wow what an incredible experience we were treated like VIP from the get go. From valet parking to the warm greeting at the front desk. We got 90min massage and facial so blissful. Everything they used smelt amazing not overpowering just wonderful. I highly recommend, also was so good to shower after with shampoo and conditioner provided. Just amazing

If I lived in Auckland I would go and see her every week and enjoy the facilities which were not crowded, well kept and clean.

Fantastic experience: Really excellent customer service at Luxe Spa at The Pullman, right from concierge at the hotel entrance to the Spa reception - I felt very looked after. The spa setting is super relaxing and luxurious, and the massage therapist was just brilliant - excellent and relaxing massage - I felt so rejuvenated after - it was just brilliant. I'm going back asap for more!

Fantastic experience: Was lucky enough to be gifted a massage and facial package. From the moment you arrive you feel special. You get a locker to put your items in. A beautiful changing and shower area. The Treatment room is breathtaking. Highly recommend. I will be going back.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous $40.00 mini late afternoon/evening Saturday escape to soak in the hot spa pool & to relax. The team were amazing & attentive. Food, healthy smoothies & coffee available on the room service menu. My meal was served hot from the kitchen & I got to enjoy it in a private lounge area. I can't wait to return & am looking forward to the whole hotel opening in July. One tower is open for overnight stays while the rest of the hotel including lounge bar & restaurants are getting ready for July post MIQ. I have missed the Pullman but the spa has done well to stay open throughout to provide a top notch service. Massage, treatments, big pool, sauna & gym available as well as the spa pool ❤

Positive experience: Towels included in the price ($35 when I went) which is nice. Showers in the stalls which provides enough privacy. Very clean and the staff was nice! I only wish there was a cold plunge pool for the sauna users. The Finnish saunas also lacked buckets with water

Fantastic experience: My 2nd time, always a great experience. Very good privacy and serene ambience. Excellent facilities, pool and sauna were available for use before / after treatment and the Swedish relaxation massage met my standards. Valet parking (4-hours free) is such a convenient perk as not only are CBD parking rates pricey but this spared me the trouble of looking for a parking spot and possibly a lengthy walk to / from the hotel building. Complimentary cookies, hot tea, mixed nuts were also served. Nice staff.

Negative experience: Dirty, Cockroaches in the Sauna and broken facilities. No proper control over people with shoes around the pool and the chaning room, hence dirty shoe trails everywhere. Wet towels on the floor and dirt all over the changing room. Some showers are not working and there was huge cockroach in the dry Sauna. All n all the money you pay and the service you get is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Spoilt from start to finish!

Negative experience: Don't stay at the Spa, I know they recently got an award, but their recent staff hires are not friendly and do not represent a 5 star hotel. Accor standards and French culture usually deliver top notch, frankly disappointed to see this. This is around my 50th hotel stay in the last 12 months around US/Asia/Aus/NZ and assume 5 star customer guest service always. On the flip side, the restaurant has so many choices ,the bar staff are brilliant and offers live music on Thursdays and Saturdays. Housekeeping along with Front desk staff are always friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious, quiet and recommend paying for the highest floor.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a gym / sauna -combination in Auckland (single workout, not interested in memberships atm) this was the best I could find online (a bit expensive, 35$, but after a week in a hostel..). The sauna was a positive suprise, I'm from Finland and usually saunas outside Scandinavia are.. It could've been a bit hotter (~65°C) but you were able to throw water on the stove and could get decent steam out of it. The gym wasn't suitable for powerlifting, but you have to make compromises (it's a spa in the first place). Very clean place too.

Negative experience: Had a Swedish massage here.. was probably the worst massage I have had in my life. Not relaxing and the lady seemed a bit untrained like she didn’t really know what she was doing. Just rubbing oil on my skin. When you pay $130 for a massage I would expect to feel relaxed and some sort of pressure on my muscles but it was just very soft almost non existent pressure and the whole thing was very awkward. She never asked if the pressure was ok or anything it was just weird I actually just couldn’t wait for it to be over.

Fantastic experience: Sanctuary for rest & relaxation the ladies are welcoming and take care of everything you need. Only thing is the rooms are not warm enough especially for winter.

Negative experience: I've been going to the swimming pool at Spa at the Pullman for 2 years now and it was always a great experience for what I was doing (45min of laps). Unfortunately, every single time that I went in the past few months, there were at least 3 kids playing with no respect in the swimming pool. I don't want to be annoying but if I choose to pay an expensive NZ$35/session, it's not to be disturbed by young kids otherwise I would pay a normal public swimming pool for $10. For a high standard facility and especially for that price, you should forbid kids under 15. I definitely won't go back there even if the staff is always very nice, the swimming pool is long, the gym is good and the facilities always very clean. EDIT: It was 3 stars, now only 1 (because I can not put zero). Today, once again, 8 bloody kids making lots of noise and playing around as if we were in a public bloody pool.
