Fantastic experience: Probably the best physio I've ever seen... and I've seen many, many physios in my time. Cannot recommend enough, and I've seen notable improvement since I started seeing the physiotherapist here, which can't be said for all physios. The price is also reasonable, even if you're not covered by insurance or ACC. Lots of resources and clear communication from the therapists re what does what and why specific things are needed/help. I recommend this place to all my friends and family--can't see myself going anywhere else now! A++ for service, therapy and the efficacy of treatments offered here.

Fantastic experience: In my many years of physio treatments, this is the only place that I have found exceptional treatment. It is the only place that has given me relief from lower back problems and they have given me excellent exercises that I do at home that takes the stress off my back. The physio I use has many years of overseas experience in different fields and this shows in the extensive knowledge that she has.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about this practise, from the front desk to treatment and follow up care, the service and expertise is outstanding. I have needed to use Physical Sense for a number of issues spanning over some years. I have found their cancellation policy particulary good for me. They send a reminder text 4 hours before the appointment. If I need to cancel for whatever reason, as long as I have rung the clinic before 8am in the morning they do not charge me a cancellation fee. I find this marvellous as most clinics require 24 hours notice of cancellation otherwise you are charged the full amount of the appointment. I also love the birthday card they send out with a half price massage as a gift. Thank you Ietjie, Nick, Sophie, Rom, Lelia and the team....you guys keep my body happy and me smiliing. Highly reccoommend.

Fantastic experience: Went with an injury I honestly couldn't pin point, however after two sessions with Nick he knew exactly where to look and get to the bottom of and left with a recovery plan. I love my training (fyi the gym is also pretty awesome as well) and my biggest concern was getting to the point of not training, really happy I went with these as they got straight to my issue and left with confidence that all was okay :-)!

Negative experience: Horrible place! Be very wary of the owners!!! These rip off artists scammed my 95 year old Great Uncle out of his hard earned dollars, made up from his savings and war pension. Upon attempting to civilly rectify the situation we were verbally abused by the gutless owners. What a disgusting way to treat a 95 year old war veteran. This business cares nothing for your relatives rehabilitation, they only care about earning a fast and easy dollar. What a shameful business. I hope no-one else is burn't by them in future!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Physical Sense by my dentist as I kept complaining of tooth ache. I had anxiety which has pretty much gone now. I also suffer from migraines. I am so grateful to Nick and the team at Physical Sense for everything Now if I get a migraine I feel in control of it and they aren't as nasty or last as long. Thanks Nick you changed my life.

Negative experience: The physio was ok. The people in the front desk weren't that friendly. You're charged even with ACC cover.. so look for a physio where ACC covers the whole bill.. it's worth it. Also charged a late fee which they wouldn't waiver.. very unfriendly. Not to be confused with the gym next door... Concrete health and fitness... They're awesome, 5/5 for them.
