Negative experience: solid gym solid vibes but man, the payment system is ultra confusing. on top of that, the customer service is bad when it comes to email/comms since day 1…now my memberships suspended because i missed a payment where idek myself where to pay since it doesnt get taken out of my account.. idk why i signed up here bro

Fantastic experience: This is great for those who want to come and do what you need to do at your own pace and then leave. Today, spent 2hours working out with my sister. I'm PROUD of us... Thank you Nesian Fitness for helping my sister on her fitness journey.

Negative experience: Signed up on the website and got confirmation email saying that I would be contacted within 24 hours on when to pick up my tag. No one notified me after a week so I went in and left my number with an admin, finally spoke to the owner on the phone and he said he would sort it the next day and nothing happened. I stopped by the gym every other day, I kept calling the number listed but no one was available over the phone or in person. I was mucked around for 3 weeks and had to cancel my bank card to stop them taking my payments. I had heard only good things about this gym but their customer service is trash and basically non existed. I messaged them wanting a refund and still no contact on their end. Overall I'm super upset!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Auckland. Especially if you’re looking at powerlifting. This place has everything you need. Highly recommended. 5 star.

Negative experience: Very very poor customer service. No one picks up the phone, no one has responded to my email/web contact request. Unhappy.

Negative experience: I was a member ages ago when it was miada and it was good then but now its got a Weird layout, even though it has equipment it feels so open and like a lot of space is wasted also out of all the treadmills they had only 1 worked. There's only 1 toilet for the men and it was disgusting.

Positive experience: Been training here for a while, it's a good place. But a little unorganised, and machines fail often.

Positive experience: Awesome gym, great environment! But, if I’m paying 12 bucks a week (per person) I expect their equipments are fully functional.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the atmosphere NF has created. Folks are friendly & come up to talk to you if they see a new face & make you feel welcome. Staff wish you well on the way out & other clients acknowledge your effort. A mindful gym & the owners are really friendly too. I like it here.
