Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Friendly staff. Very clean

Positive experience: It's a smaller gym, but has a decent set up to get a good workout. The equipment is in mostly good condition, the dumbells are mostly ok. Nice clean gym, stretching / fitness room, shower & bathroom facilities. Generally no staff on site early morning, with 24/7 membership card entry. Good amount of cardio equipment. Air con is mostly good

Fantastic experience: Friendly team that make you feel welcome. Nice chill environment, not too busy outside of peak hours and a distinct lack of posing Instagram influencers. Decent range and amount of equipment.

Positive experience: Tuesday & Thursday 11 am for 1 hour seniors have a special programme. Warmup, machines and weights, then finish with some stretches. Ages range from 60+ - 80+. Great fun and guidance by two excellent instructors who encourage Active Aging! Good social group with shared lunch monthly. You will love it.

Fantastic experience: I dont normaly write reviews but I have been so incredibly impressed with this gym that I simply felt I had to. I joined the gym not only to improve my mental fitness but also to help manage my severely increased anxiety levels. I nervously advised this to my PT when I first started and have been shown nothing but kindness, a super supportive attitude and genuine care about my progress. The 2 regular staff members are super knowledgeable about all things health and fitness and helped me tailor an awesome routine which has made me feel almost bikini ready after only 3 months!! The gym itself is always clean, has a huge range of equipment and classes and is never overly busy which is just the way I like it. Thanks Casey and Cam!! You guys have eased my anxiety and actually make me look forward to coming into the gym each day Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Been to some gyms around Auckland and by far this gym gives me the best experience ever. What I like the most is its clean! They have all the equipment I needed for my exercise and training. The classes are so much fun. And of course the staff are very welcoming, nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: JustWorkout Albany is an awesome gym! When I first went to check it out the staff I met (Casey and Gabi) were so helpful, they showed me around and answered all my questions. They have a variety of great classes and equipment and all the staff are trainers so if you ever need any help you can ask anyone. This has been the most personable gym I've gone to, don't feel like just a number here :)
