Positive experience: It’s an okay gym. Has plenty of squat racks and space which is a huge plus and staff are friendly but there’s many old machines which limit how properly you can do exercises. The cable machines feels old like they need to be lubricated and the leg extension and leg curl machines are so bad/unstable. Definitely not up to the standard of other flex fitness gyms I’ve been to. Also gets sooo busy at peak times. Ive been to many different gyms and I have never seen one so full.

Positive experience: Good place to workout. I’ve only been there to enquire. This rating just because the staff didn’t provide much information, I had to ask many times the same question. Didn’t seem to interested in giving more information.

Negative experience: Wanted to join up and I went during staffed hours but doors were locked and no staff seemed to be present.
