Fantastic experience: Love holidays in Queenstown, and having a quality Snap gym available

Negative experience: Small gym and very cramped. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly, there is grime and build up all over the showers and they smell bad. Do a thorough job and then it's easy to keep on top of. Not cool when people are paying to use these facilities and you claim to have high cleanliness standards...

Positive experience: I joined in January just barely 6 Months in and already got a E-mail stating that my membership will increase and not happy at all as I expected this to happen after the first year, but well I did sign a contract for it so nothing to do about it, just got to wait for my terms to end.

Negative experience: Joined in January, haven’t been. No one has checked to see I’m alive - not even an automatic “we miss you” email. Got an email tonight saying price is going up (despite being under contract, which I can’t cancel, but they can increase it). So they’ve got my email address… you’re just a number here and so long as the money keeps coming out of your bank, they don’t seem to care…

Positive experience: Friendly staff, good equipment, however bathroom is always wet and smelly - probably need better ventilation system.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym, the staff are top notch people, super friendly and always happy to help. Modern equipment with plenty of variety and always pretty clean! Great value for money and I love that it's open 24 hours.

Negative experience: No massage chair

Negative experience: Main perks for the gym is the location, flexibility and price. However the showers often have puddles in the changing area and aren't very clean. Lately it seems like the bodywash is not refilled often enough. The gym is good value for money but I always end up leaving feeling frustrated because of the showers.

Positive experience: It can be very packed during the rush hours but they have a fabulous belt squat machine, I enjoyed my sessions there.

Positive experience: Shower soap has been out for at LEAST 2 weeks now in multiple showers, there’s blood on the hand dryer and it just never feels clean. Please put a floor squeegee for the disabled bathroom, as the floor is always wet and gross!! It is true, often the biodegradable wipes are out and there is no other alternative for wiping machines. Other than that it’s a pretty generic gym. The only reason I come here is bc it’s a chain so I can use it around the country as I often travel for work.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of visiting Snap Fitness in Queenstown, and it’s easily one of the nicest and cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to. The equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is great for a solid workout. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Big shout-out to Gary, whom I met this morning—such an amazing guy! Highly recommend this gym if you’re in the area!

Fantastic experience: What a treat to have all new strength equipment! So much has changed recently, revamp of the bathrooms even fresh carpet throughout! Really enjoying the new variety of equipment and the new layout - feels more roomy! Deserves a shout out! Well done Snap Queenstown ✨

Negative experience: old gym equipment and poor general upkeep

Negative experience: I dislike how i have to pay while they are closed up for the week, please do better. Small gym, Bad staff, Bad gear, used tampons/condoms in the bathrooms, too many high school kids. It is just a disgusting gym and im paying for the week and not getting a pump. Please do better Snap Fitness.

Negative experience: Its okay but in comparison to other snap fitness gyms it was not good. There were a lot machines that should be in every gym which I couldnt find there. Toilets were covered in pee but the showers were ok.

Fantastic experience: Visited Queenstown over the Christmas Break and turned up on an unstaffed day. Was lucky enough to be let in by Gary the owner and allowed to train that day. The gym has a large variety of equipment and has a great culture. Really enjoyed my training session there!

Fantastic experience: Good, Nice!

Negative experience: Meistens sauber und Personal freundlich, daher die 2 Sterne. Allerdings sind die Geräte alt und ungepflegt. Die Polster stinken enorm und sind zum Teil aufgerissen. Es gibt keine Maschine für Adduktoren und Abduktoren was finde ich ein Muss ist. Es gibt keine Shampoospender in den Duschen was aber bis jetzt in jeder der 15 Snap-Filialen der Fall war. Alles in allem zwar OK wenn man das globale Abo hat aber diese Filiale ist leider ungenügend.

Negative experience: The Snap up top of remarkable park is small, ok if not busy otherwise you need to mix and match what weights/benches/machines are available

Positive experience: Functional gym has everything I need and great Pilates and Boxfit classes! The main gym is quite busy after work but has all equipment needed.

Fantastic experience: Great clean gym, 24/7, usually go late at night, lots of equipment, only thing I wish they had was boxing equipment

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a great community. Staff and trainers are approachable, knowledgable and friendly, other gym goers are polite and the gym has lots of equipment and space. Classes are held in the 'functional' building, meaning the gym doesn't get too crowded during class times. Bathrooms have recently been updated which is a great improvement. The gym is clean and tidy and has a cool option to select music to play in case you forget your headphones. Management do an outstanding job, can't fault this gym or the team. Thank you!

Positive experience: Very good gym, some equipment was not up to a great standard but overall very good. The range of machines was good and it had enough dumbbells for everyone. Another good thing is they sell a wide variety of energy drinks at a good price. Good location and easy to find, right next to xplosive supplements which can be handy.

Fantastic experience: Having tried and tested most of the gyms in Queenstown, I can hands down say that Snap is by far the best. The staff are friendly, equipment is new, the gym is always clean and tidy and they go out of their way to create an inclusive atmosphere. Classes are great too! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: I have a powerlifting/olympic weight lifting background and for a drop in weight lifting session they were amazingly accomadating. Lifting platform bumper plates, clean shower and toilets. Amazing hospitality and customer service. Would recommend 100%

Fantastic experience: Queenstown's best gym! Excellent facilities in a stunning location, easily accessible by bus from central Queenstown - worth going for the views alone! Staff are super friendly and the gym is a bargain if you are travelling on a budget and need a workout. It's a medium sized modern gym with everything you'd need. ie a good range of cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines and a dedicated floor space area with decent mats. Well worth going and far cheaper than the gym in the centre of Queenstown! There's also an excellent shopping complex next to it. Enjoy. :)

Fantastic experience: I recommend Bobbie as a personal trainer. She’s one of the few PTs in this gym with amazing energy & good vibes only attitude. She also possesses great knowledge in the field and provides you with lots of different excercises that will keep you inspired. She will push you to your limits! This gym has everything you need! Lots of machines, free weights and good kettlebells! They even have elastic bands.
