Positive experience: The YMCA is a good place to play sports (basketball, Football etc). But the gym is kind of overpriced especially because it is small with old equipment that tends to break on a regular. City Fitness Burnside is a much better gym alternative.

Fantastic experience: Doing a free months trial there. My induction went smoothly and the trainer was very friendly and helpful. All the equipment is fairly new and well maintained. Plenty of space too, and not too busy.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. It is a community gym, so there is a mix of all ages - very few beef heads! I feel very comfortable as a woman wo likes to use the free weights and squat racks. No staring, very friendly environment. I very rarely have to wait for equipment. Both my fiance and I are members here. Keep up the great work! Ps you get access to this gym and the city one for your membership, I use both as city is close to work and this is close to home. This is the bigger and more spread out of the two, but both are great!
