Negative experience: In big white letter it's says close 9pm.on the entrance door - when I enter the swim area .. the desk staff mentioun nothing . So got changed and sit down in hot.pool ..and speaker announced . We close in 10min. What a waste of my money . 5 min hot pool experience. And no refund offered .

Fantastic experience: Great facilities and lots of parking available. You can book the court for tennis / Table Tennis / basketball etc for an hourly rate. There’s a rock wall in the court and a big field outside for football games. There’s a gym, pool, and classes for those interested.

Fantastic experience: I've been to every single gym in the QT area (except Queenstown Gym) and this is the best gym at the best value. Great facility for many different gym-going disciplines.

Negative experience: Experienced climbers told we cannot climb here on a Sunday morning because we dont have lead licences for this specific climbing gym. Being as I have been to this gym before and lead climbed here a few times and never had this problem, Im not sure what the problem is... Also, no supervision of the climbing wall??? seems odd that not one person on staff to oversee this or provide an induction. Ah well thanks for limiting us on this wet day in Queenstown, I look forward to being here and having the new facility that is opening soon apparently.

Negative experience: Pools are not too bad - could be cleaner though - but my main issue was too many people at the same time on a quite small gym (and som would hog the equipment while chatting with mates or checking social media in their phones) and worse the number of freedom campers that would use the restrooms without being members. This got so bad I ended up paying the resignation fee to get out of there and go to another gym as quick as I could seeing that complaining to management didn’t help change much.

Negative experience: Plusieurs semaines que je vais à cette piscine. La piscine en elle même est très bien ainsi que le spa. Malheureusement le staff est très impolie. Ils ne disent jamais au revoir, à peine bonjour et ne sourit jamais. Les vestiaires sont des fois propres des fois très sale. (Photo de ce dimanche 5 novembre)
