Fantastic experience: Easiest experience I have had with any gym in the last 15 years. Sign up, pause, cancel, sign up again - all super smooth and easy. Very quiet during the day, always enough parking right outside. Great gym with everything you need! Value is amazing and the team are friendly :)

Fantastic experience: It has been 6 days now since I have been a member of FF Glen Eden, reaching my goal is to lose this watermelon come to downsize me.

Negative experience: Terrible gym, some members were very rude and followed me and my sister around the gym during our whole time there. So due to that I decided to cancel my membership, got in contact with Barbara and ever since i filled out the cancel form she has not gotten back to me, struggling to pay this gym still currently due to constantly being ignored when wanting to leave. Very poor communication and very poor experience.

Negative experience: I had a positive experience at the facility, particularly with the environment, the people, and the equipment. I joined in August 2023 and found the onboarding process to be straightforward. However, I encountered some challenges when I decided to cancel my membership; it took several weeks to reach someone, as my calls went to voicemail and my emails went unanswered. Ultimately, I had to contact the Kumeu branch directly to resolve the issue. Additionally, I noticed that small groups sometimes entered the facility using a single swipe card after admin hours, and I believe there could be improvements in the general maintenance of the bathrooms. Overall, I appreciated my time here and hope these suggestions will enhance the experience for future members.

Positive experience: I'm very picky on gyms. Aside from the pricing, it's probably one of the more decent gyms I've come across on Aotearoa. They have heavy bags, a reverse hack squat, and a sissy squat!!!! Enough said!

Positive experience: No changing room, music plays too loud so you can’t hear your own music. Otherwise great equipment and chill vibes.

The helpful and humorous staff add atmosphere and hat most gyms don’t have. Not to mention the great equipment and machines this gym has to offer. Positive experience: Love this gym! Great community, great staff! Equipment is kept functional and clean. Some trouble with weights being reracked properly but that's a given in any gym I think!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service, the girls behind the counter changed my automatic payment date twice and were bordering on stupid to try and communicate with. A simple request to move my automatic payment back to the week it was on which I had set up intentionally to match all my other payments was like trying to ask a 5 year old. They will put your account on hold for months and keep charging you despite the fact you can't enter the gym. I called to cancel the account and they didn't cancel it then claimed they had never spoken to me. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.

Fantastic experience: Quite a nice gym it has everything you need and a lot of space as well as a dedicated boxing room and loads of equipment the best thing about this place is it's very accessible you don't need transport to get there it's very close to the shops and public transport so would you like long term or an open contract there's something there for everyone and being 24 hours open you can't say that you didn't have time

Negative experience: Great gym unfortunately for myself have had a run of bad communication between the owner which has left me financially unable to meet other obligations due to the lump sum taken out AFTER communicating with her and what I thought was all set a payment arrangement and made it out to be a situation with ezidebit which later found out was a big lie,no Apology or even in her email sent . Word among some of the members of the gym similar situations have occurred. Other than great small gym.

Positive experience: Through having the resources to fit my needs has helped shape me in all that I want and can be. The Fit Factory experience gives me 'ME' in how I want to look, of which, only I can work towards.
