Negative experience: Thankyou for a great environment and experience. Family and community orientated work out atmosphere from babies not even walking to elderly 75+. Coolest gym ever. Much love to strong by blood gym.

Fantastic experience: Family friendly gym, run by a local family. Has a children's area for parents to bring their children in so they can work out. New owners have made a lot of upgrades and business is booming. What a great business for our community. Would highly recommend anyone to go have a look for themselves.
