Negative experience: The costumer service is really bad. I am very disappointed at the costumer service and the timing of response I've been waiting for 2 months for a reply regarding my membership. My membership was starting on the 27th of October but I got signed into the system a week before of what I agreed, I asked on the 22nd of October to please cancel my enrollment to the gym because my membership started before the agreed time and without my consent. I've been waiting for 2 months!!!!!!! And now the manager said he is not refunding all my money because there is a 30 days notice for cancelation. Why do I need to pay for a membership that was not meant to start? My membership was starting on the 27th of October and in the 22nd of october I was already asking to cancel my enrollment, but you guys put me in the system without my consent and before the agreed time. 2 month waiting for a response and the charges kept coming! I'm a very patient person, but 2 months is too much time!

Negative experience: Contract misrepresentation. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Awesome new spot to work out in Howick. 9 rounds of different work outside literally, in 30minutes. Easily accessible and friendly not too invasive staff all locals too. Very good experience. Kayeleigh is an experienced and patient yet motivating trainer. Joined up as a monthly member after 1 trial session! Would recommend for ladies or guys!! **Kaylin of Howick.

Fantastic experience: The team here are super supportive with my health journey. I really enjoy the environment they maintain. Also it’s really well set up and they are very conscious of keeping things clean.
