Jetts Mount Wellington

Fantastic experience: If I were not so much time-flexible as I am, I would have gone for 4 stars, because the gym tends to be extremely crowded during peak hours (I think there should be some crowd management). However, I am time-flexible, so I go whenever there are no people around. The gym is clean, and James (the manager) makes you feel like home.

Fantastic experience: A nice gym to go too - had recently shifted from CF to Jetts and it was the best decision for me, a much more friendlier environment also not having to wait long on for any machines, being able to do a workout without having to wait 20-30min for one machine! Such a clean environment too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: One of the best Jett’s I been to and I’m glad this Jetts is in my neighbourhood. Great layout and room to walk around even when it’s busy. Clean and plenty of parking around the premises. James (club manager) always friendly and makes connections with us. You will see a lot a regulars working out and they always give out a good vibe. 10/10 to Jets Mt Wellington (I’m being biased)

Fantastic experience: James runs a great gym is always clean weights are where they should be. Mirrors clean. Good atmosphere amongst people working out but also not to chatty we are here to work out.

Positive experience: Great place to workout. Friendly staff. Can be crowded between 5:00pm - 7:00pm weekdays.

Fantastic experience: Quiet and small gym near opposite to Sylvia Park Mall. Not crowded, Parking in front of gym and on Sundays undercover car park behind the gym.

Such a great experience that we signed up our 2 teenage children - keeps them off their phones & gaming devices. No more grunting responses - now we all have something to talk about - our workouts! New healthy hobbies that bring families together. Great job team.

Negative experience: I wish to cancel my membership. Your personal trainer has proven to be totally unprofessional and incapable of listening. Since joining I have so far been unable to use the services I have paid for when I joined. He has proven to be unreliable and has zero customer focus. I am expected to schedule the appointment to suit his schedule and not mine. He also indicated on one occasion he was going to make me work until I fell over, this is not what I want and never ndicated to him this was my goal, he seemed to think this was funny. Perhaps because of my age. What am I missing here? My last attempt was to ask the St Johns Manager to get him to text me 3 times around 4 pm on a weekday so I could choose one. Last night at Midnight I received a text that indicated on Friday he had a time but could not confirm this until someone else had confirmed. Is this the standard of customer service that you accept? Please have your payment collection company confirm you have removed me from your payment schedule effective immediately. Should any further payments be made I will take this situation public.

Fantastic experience: Nice small gym with a great atmosphere and always clean. Trainers are open and always handing out tips to improve your overall health.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic learning experience here with the personal trainer Roy Maruariki! He helped me learn how to use all the machine with the right form to prevent injuries, working on right muscle groups and advised on nutrition, exercise patterns etc. Would definitely recommend learning skills from him if new to gyming or wanting to accomplish a goal!!! Great customer service

Positive experience: Enough equipment to do what you want. As with all Jetts, quite cramped in free weights area. But have never had to wait, unlike in City Fitness. Considering shifting from CF to Jetts.

Fantastic experience: Gym is always clean and is the best gym so far as long as the man Balaa is there. Highly recommended.

When I called in to ask them why they didn't send me a copy of the contract and if they could send it to me know I was told it was not on their system (cause I didn't sign any contract) they then agreed to cancel my account.

Negative experience: I should have posted it before, but it is never too late. The worst gym i have been to. No staff and the only guy who was there seemed pretty rude and disinterested. Plus very less space and not much equipment's.

Fantastic experience: Great place. It's my home.. So huge, alot of space. People are friendly. Staff is cool.. I'm a regular at that location, is why I know that place really well.. 100% recommend for new members to sign up

Negative experience: Messy & dirty most of the time. Disgusting toilets and showers.

Negative experience: "Attention, the gym entering door it's not closed properly". There is a massive problem with the front door. Keeps repeating that voice all the time, its really annoying. It's been like a week and it's not solved yet.

Positive experience: One of the better Jetts gyms as far as machines and space etc. but the showers are mouldy, black mould on the curtains and walls. Would be nice if they could clean it!!

Negative experience: A range of machines available. There is never a wait for anything. Bathrooms need a good scrub and a repaint or refresh would not go a miss The music is a good beat to exercise too

Fantastic experience: jetts is a very convenient place to go and helps me work out very nicely it is very affordable and very sensual so it is easy to go there and Sylvia Park Mall is also very close so it is very convenient to go there and then I live close by and it's in walking distance text me about 15 to 20 minutes to get myself a workout
