Negative experience: Came in today asking about joining since my old gym shut down. I was ignored for 5+ minutes while a male staff member with multi coloured hair and patchwork tattoos was laughing and talking with someone else we weren't at all offered help or even greeted. As we were about to leave, the man finally asked what we needed. Very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with PT Tian Zhang today! My son, Ludwig and I came in for a planned workout, and the session was perfectly tailored for both of us. Tian was friendly, professional, and made us feel really comfortable while still giving us a good challenge. It was motivating, well-structured, and fun — exactly what we needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trainer who listens, encourages, and knows how to get the best out of you! Looking forward to do mum and son training days.

Negative experience: Gym is always packed and people stare like crazy but the worst bit is there payment plans and fees. You WILL get double charged almost every second week they make random charges on different days, I've been charged on a Friday when the contract I signed says Thursday. Guess what happens late fees. Worst gym franchise I have ever stepped foot in let alone seeing from the street

Negative experience: Am I the only one who struggles to get in with the app? Many times I haven’t been able access the gym because the apps digital card doesn’t work and continuously logs me out.

Positive experience: Gym services it's Principal, would be better if gym was slightly bigger. Bathrooms are kept clean for use.

Negative experience: Probably the smallest commercial gym I've entered, not a problem if you go offpeak hours.

Positive experience: If only people would clean up after themselves and wipe machines. Mummy doesn't work there and no one else wants to wipe sweat off machines before we use them.

Negative experience: Getting scammed by the payment system here and it's really bad. They didn't even try and take the payments out a stung me with late fees. I've been here less than a month and it's happened twice. If that is the way it goes then this is the most expensive gym available. Will be canceling my membership and haven't even been there a month

Negative experience: The gym itself is really good with decent equipment and helpful staff. I’m only giving 2 stars because they use Debit Success to collect fees. This company charges whatever amount whenever they want to and hit you with late fees even though you are not at fault (just go to their website to read the reviews and you’ll see it is not an isolated incident) . It has happened to me too many times, and has forced me to cancel my gym membership with Jetts Millwater. I also don’t understand why they keep doing business with a company with such unethical practices. Really disappointing to be honest.

Negative experience: Today I was working out in the morning around 9am and I was still using machine for my chest workout and TRAINER of that gym has no sense … he was giving personal training to someone and he didn’t even ask me am I done with that machine or what and he knew that I am still using but he start using that machine with one whom he giving training.

Positive experience: The facilities are inadequate and crowded. but what I don't like most is that one member can take several people to the gym. This has made it impossible for our members to use certain equipment, especially for people who are out of school. It usually happened after 3pm at weekdays…

Fantastic experience: Visited today for the first day of the 3-day free trial. For the size and price, I am content with the variety of equipment and the space. There are three showers and two toilets. They were all clean and in decent order. Isaac showed me the prices and the let me tour around. Heaps of parking for customers. The $9.99 per week for 18 months contract is unbeatable. I’ve read people complaining about crowds and letting unauthorized people in. First, for this price, it is expected to see more people than other gyms. So try to go in a different time of the day, avoid peak hours. Second, if you suspect someone is bringing an extra person, approach them friendly and inform that it is against the rules and a fine of $100 would be applied. If they become hostile, take a photo and inform the management. I doubt it they would do it again. Overall, seems to be a good balance of cost benefit, worth exploring.

Fantastic experience: honestly, staff is very helpful and is always happy to help with form and stuff. Also price is a steal for what u get in the gym compared to other more expensive gym memberships.

Positive experience: The renovations look amazing with new equipment, well done! Better space over 2 levels, however it can get cramped if trying to stretch and need floor space. You tend to step over other members a bit during peak times. Be mindful it can be packed with school kids present in the early afternoon from 3pm Monday-Friday and tend to crowd equipment in groups. Still good vaule for the membership price.

Positive experience: Good gym just very small and cramped, usually have to wait for machines and weights for a while.

Negative experience: There are other alternatives that offer better services. Be warned that the new payment service is a real pain. If you miss a single payment (weekly) they charge you $10 extra for late payment fee. Don’t fall into their trap.

Negative experience: due to Covid-19 level 3, Jetts clubs said they would re-open on Wednesday 17th at midnight - however when I went to the gym at 1:30am the door was locked!... (very annoying for me as I workout late, disappointed as well because I got an email confirming the Auckland club re-opening times and was looking forward to a work out

Fantastic experience: No problem at all with Jetts or the team there. For me it makes exercise a bit less painful. Great place to work out. Only negative for me is the WiFi does no seem to be able to keep up but easy to work around. Supposed to be excising anyway - not watching videos right?
