Jetts Auckland Airport

Fantastic experience: One thing airport Jetts tops at is that it’s always clean when I go there.. Something to improve on, and this is just me… I’ll have to say maybe have more cardio machines or expand the building out more as sometimes it gets crowded

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. So clean, smells nice. Definitely one of the highest quality gyms Ive been to in NZ. Staff NJ was very helpful when assisting me in any inquiries I had. He made me feel welcomed and even had really helpful tips even though I was a veteran in the gym.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon for a casual workout before my flight. The young man at the front was very knowledgeable and had incredible personality. The premises are well maintained, the gym equipment is pretty good. Overall a pleasant surprise! If I lived in the area I wouldn’t hesitate to register for a membership

Negative experience: The gym itself is alright i mean you get what you pay for but Jetts is just so money hungry it's embarrassing My 1 month membership already expired yet they still charge me and when I called they said I have to email them and give them 2 weeks notice to cancel?? Like my membership is done why do I need to email you to cancel it plus it shouldn't take 2 weeks to process a membership cancellation so money hungry and horrible lol

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone, I work by the airport therefore heading to the Jett's gym during lunch hour that is opposite where I work makes it so easy. I love the space and the equipment's as they are very easy and safe to use. Thou the staff aren't there on a daily basis I consider the gym to be a very safe and convenient one to use. I love how everyone just does their own thing and there is much respect towards everyone both male and female no matter your race or age. It is very affordable, safe and has some great music and tv programs for those that love their telly sesh. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: First of all I signed up on line, approved and everything and just needed a swipe key so I went in around lunch time to get one. No one there and a customer waiting to get a replacement as well. If it wasn’t for me ringing the PT myself the customer would of been waiting there even longer? Second of all rang the guy for my swipe key and all he says is to go to the next nearest Jetts gym to get one there? The next closest one was Manakau so I got one there and found out the next morning for a gym sesh that it doesn’t work? Still doesn’t work now? The time I had the session though ventilation system is poor where the treadmill area is. Need some fans there and equipment is poor also, need a upgrade asap!

Fantastic experience: New manager NJ is a breath of fresh air. Gym has Good environment, good equipment etc.

Fantastic experience: Been here since 2016, but feels like it’s just gotten better and better over the years with cleanliness, equipment and managerial staff even more since New Manager Sandy took over . The vibe and environment has totally changed into a much more friendly open environment. Everyone’s smiling more now :)

Negative experience: The staff are awesome and very attentive but the thing that made me sad about my whole Jett's experience is their contract, so I joined the 18month minimum deal and was going there till I had a medical condition that restricted me from driving so it was very hard to go in. I tried cancelling my membership but I was on the 18 month minimum contract so fair enough I had to wait till it was over, so more than 18 months went by and I asked to cancel my contract and I got the following: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Mark​​ Your membership is not a date to date term. It is made up of 78 successful weekly minimum payments. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was just disappointed that they put 18months in there when 78 weeks is closer to 20months, it'd be awesome if they advertise the correct dates, say 78 weeks or 20months instead that way your customers don't feel frustrated when they try exit due to unforeseen circumstances. Also, when I used to go in there were quite a few cardio equipment always out of order, hopefully they've sorted these out.

Negative experience: Very unaccomodating. Invited my friend over for a training session as he had the wrong gym card. The PT didn't even try to assist with providing a free session to train or even a training pass for him. Quite disheartened by this experience & will likely cancel my membership if this is how they treat new members. I asked why the PT didnt offer a training session to him & just said "He shouldve known better" The PT was clearly new & arrogant. Saw him degrade a few members as well saying hes a boxer & all the new gym goers forms weren't accurate at all. Instead of telling clients they're forms are wrong, why not try help them with their goals & help them achieve the physique they're trying to attain instead of berating them. If this is how they treat new customers, I mean it's a sad world we live in.

Fantastic experience: Jetts gyms are always clean and tidy, and my first visit to the Airport one was a good too clean & tidy machines well set out.

Fantastic experience: Algud but sometimes there's a crossfit training with like 12 people in it and they take up half the gym and expect people to not use the space when there their gumon. Other alguds and tidy..

Negative experience: I have been a member for a couple of years the equipment here is tarnished and not sanitary. Showers are disgusting and no staff there to tell members to wipe machines after use. Alot of times i go theres always the same treadmill and bike broken.

Negative experience: Had to cancel my membership. There’s about 8 or 10 treadmills and only one was good to use. Almost all of the equipment were out of order I’m not going to pay a gym every week to see broken gym equipment.

Positive experience: Few machines are loose, like leg extensions need to be fixed

Positive experience: Seemed pretty busy at 8pm but still got to every machine I needed with only small adjustments in order.

Negative experience: I found a particular staff member there incredibly difficult to deal with, she was hard to communicate and reason with, it made my workout there very uncomfortable. Funnily enough, I am not the only one that has had an unpleasant experience with her. After leaving the gym one day I attended a meeting where colleagues of mine shared similar experiences with her. They no longer work out at airport oaks and have chosen to drive to Manukau, despite living down the road from the airport. I personally will not be using Jetts airport ever again.

Negative experience: Staff is very disrespectful. The lady was in Saturday morning, she need to be removed. She does not know anything about gym. She should be motivating us. We are paying for gym, so I think staff let us do it . I request to jetts to remove her, she is nothing about gym and motivation. She looks like mentally sick or something.

Fantastic experience: The best Jetts in the country, Ive been all around Auckand and as far as Whakatane, The gym is always clean and all the members clean up after themselves, Carol is lovely to deal with, Always smiling and gives the gym a real friendly family environment, And she is always cleaning! She works hard! 10/10 all round!!!!

Negative experience: Signed up about 2 weeks ago. The lady who signed me up at the branch, mentioned she was the manager. The service she provided was one of the worst ever. She was sarcastic, condescending, dramatic and a bully. If it was not for the fact that that was the closest gym, I wouldn't have joined.

Negative experience: Not surprised to read the reviews here. Absolutely rude lady at Jetts Auckland airport. It wasn't just us but she had the same behavior with the others present at the gym. Thankfully we were there for the enrollment and glad we didn't join. Management needs to take this seriously.

Fantastic experience: Am a regular at Jetts Auckland’s Airport and cannot fault the service and product they offer. Caroline, the Manager of this gym, has always welcomed myself and all the other guests with a smile and an enthusiastic hello! If you are a regular, she’ll remember your name and strike up the conversation you had with her last time. The second I see her I know that’s its going to be a great day at the gym as well! I love the convenience that this gym offers - it’s close to the airport and to many other stores eg. Countdown, doctors, pharmacy, barber and The Warehouse. Thank you Caroline for your supreme service, I will endeavour to always make it to this gym!

Positive experience: Handy location, close to the airport, the supermarket and shops, plenty of bathrooms and changing facilities. Parking is available right outside.

Negative experience: Lady is very rude. Don't like her attitude. Just keep on saying anything for no reason. Did complain before aswell but no change.

Fantastic experience: Great vibe... clean..awesome staff.. Caroline (manager) will make you feel welcomed every time you set foot into that gym.. great environment to train.. this gym is one big whanau...you will love it.
