Negative experience: Worst experience no hold on gym membership many people come from other countries back from 3 months so i text please hold that time but jetts team send again letter i tell my condition but send message no hold my account tell me pay and send my account to nz recoveries to pay full amount totally mentall torcher jetts only want money no care about customer problem

Negative experience: Couldn’t put membership on hold, kept sending emails to pay, Roy’s on some stuff who knows also brought him a drink

Fantastic experience: I only attend Jetts once a week due to other sporting commitments. Having been a member of 4 different gyms over the last 40 years I have found Jetts GI meet all my current needs and I enjoy the company. Thanks and well done Jetts!

Negative experience: I signed up and guy name Roy told me month to month is a good plan so whenever I wana leave I won’t need to pay for anything.. turns out that I have to pay over $100 for cancelling my membership! Roy was good but he ended up asking me for help to buy him something from the shop.. like what the heck ‍bruh

Positive experience: Not a fancy one, but worth the price. A lot of necessary machines are provided, and it is quite clean and well organized by the the trainer Roy.

Fantastic experience: I joined jets St John’s few months ago. My gym. I really enjoy my experience here, very convenient, never so crowded when I’m going there. Clean and small. Also Roy is a wonderful Trainer who is very experienced and helping all the time. Very kind and welcoming. Thank you

Negative experience: Pretty small and crowded. Need at least a boxing bag but can why there isn't one " no space" cause is tooooo small

Positive experience: Good range of equipment. Tidy environment. Normally not too crowded early morning.

Negative experience: Its really small and only takes 4 people to make a crowd. Sometimes difficult to get on machines

Fantastic experience: My gym. Never too crowded when I go. Laid back, private, and I work out at my pace, my way. Good parking and good staff when they're there.

Negative experience: Equipment is hardly cleaned. In the evenings this place is filled with groups of young men who are occupy equipment for half an hour. No staff really there ever. Avoidable gym.

Fantastic experience: Been with Jetts for 7 years, and particularly like St Johns. Love the new treadmills that you can cast to from your phone!

Negative experience: Please note this a review of the Personal Trainer and not of the gym itself. The manager there is professional and operates a good clean gym this is not a reflection on him I wish to cancel my membership. Your personal trainer has proven to be totally unprofessional and incapable of listening. Since joining I have so far been unable to use the services I have paid for when I joined. He has proven to be unreliable and has zero customer focus. I am expected to schedule the appointment to suit his schedule and not mine. He also indicated on one occasion he was going to make me work until I fell over, this is not what I want and never ndicated to him this was my goal, he seemed to think this was funny. Perhaps because of my age. What am I missing here? My last attempt was to ask the St Johns Manager to get him to text me 3 times around 4 pm on a weekday so I could choose one. Last night at Midnight I received a text that indicated on Friday he had a time but could not confirm this until someone else had confirmed. Is this the standard of customer service that you accept? Please have your payment collection company confirm you have removed me from your payment schedule effective immediately. Should any further payments be made I will take this situation public.

Negative experience: Terrible place to be a member. They don’t reply to emails to put membership on hold and keep charging you regardless. Extremely bad business practice. Will never sign up again. Trying to cancel membership has been a nightmare (still ongoing)

Negative experience: Poor equipments quality and mantainence, other equiments are absent. wi-fi not working, nothing like the pics showed in the site. joined the gym on wednesday cancelled the membership on friday. Really really small.

Positive experience: Good atmosphere for exercise

Negative experience: Jett's outsource direct debits (understandably) but the service with this company was terrible, slow communication, debiting the wrong account after multiple attempts. It was really poor. Destroyed a lot of trust in Jetts. I will be looking to move Gyms at soonest possible time frames due to it.

Positive experience: Was a member for 5 years. Cheap but equipment tired and a very small floor space. Crowded workout conditions. Have moved gyms.

Fantastic experience: Much cleaner and more pleasant than you'd expect for a gym in this price range.

Negative experience: Come on jetts u can do better than this !!!

Fantastic experience: My local Jetts. One of the smaller gyms, but has everything I need for my early morning workout. Generally not as busy between 5am and 6:45am when I’m there, so despite it being on the smaller size, I don’t tend to have a problem getting to the equipment I need for my session. Not fancy, but the price point means Jetts is value for money.

Negative experience: If you go during off peak hours you will find that the internet speed is really slow. Also there may not be wet wipes to wipe of equipment. This is a huge health risk especially as Covid is still present.

Negative experience: Not very good service. I went in to this gym with the intention of signing up. I walked in and there was no staff in sight. I saw someone through the frosted glass of the staff room look up and then look back to their phone. I waited for 10 minutes but still no one came out. I left and thought I'd come back in 30mins after my shopping. When I returned the staff member was still in the staff room and again looked up when I walked in but did not come out. I was standing next to the front counter for 15 minutes until I eventually left and went and signed up at Snap down the road.

Positive experience: Only needs free bar to bench press and squat

Positive experience: Not a bad gym.. Great staff and well located anywhere you go.. Extremely good value.. The only thing is there is always a lot of people there.. Hard to follow a programme.. Because other people are interfering with the settings without asking. I'm a convert, but a little frustrated at times. Still, as I said very nice people and great value

Fantastic experience: Much better service than my old Anytime gym in Botany. Guys there are always very helpful. They even cancelled my membership on request in 2 hours while Anytime Fitness took 4 weeks.

Negative experience: 40kgs tops for DBells, no flat and incline barbell rack expected to work it on squats. Leg curls sucks seated.. Cityfitness and AuT was way better and the same price.. Guess I gotta pay more..
