Fantastic experience: Brooke is amazing. She is always welcoming and is able to adjust the workout for you depending on how strong you feel, or if you need to baby wear for the session. Can't wait to come back next term.
Fantastic experience: I very much enjoy the classes and have gotten great results in only 1 term. It feels like a safe space where woman support each other. I will definitely be returning ☺️
Fantastic experience: Brooke made me feel comfortable and safe when returning to exercise after pregnancy. It was great to be able to bring baby along and all exercises were adjusted for my own postpartum journey. The workouts were fun, it was great to meet likeminded mums too!
Fantastic experience: I have done 2 terms of fitness classes with Brooke and have loved it! Brooke is an amazing instructor, her classes are fun and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. As someone who didn't do much exercise beforehand and had trouble sticking to exercise consistently, this class has really helped me not only recover postnatally but even get stronger and fitter than I was pre-pregnancy. Brooke is excellent at tailoring exercises to suit everyone's individual recovery, as well as challenging those who are further along and wanting to build some strength. I love that her classes are a safe space to connect with other mums and chat about everything. I am so glad I found this class - thank you, Brooke!
Fantastic experience: I have loved the opportunity to join Brooke for a few weeks as an introduction back to fitness after the birth of my first child. It's been a safe and supportive environment and the exercises have been tailored to allow me to see what level I am currently at. Loved that I could take my little one with me which made joining in possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
Fantastic experience: This is my second time using BRSW to get me moving again after my baby. The classes are relaxed but you have the opportunity to go as hard as you want depending on how you are feeling that day. Brooke is easy going, funny, knowledgeable and just an all round good chick. I have loved these classes.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Brooke's classes throughout both my pregnancy and post-partum journey. I love how Brooke will tailor the workout to cater for any injuries or pains you are experiencing. I always have a great time and have learned so much from these classes!
Fantastic experience: I'm a first time mum and Brooke has been with me on my pregnancy and postpartum journey since 28 weeks pregnant. After an initially rough start to the pregnancy, Brooke tailored an excercise plan just for me to achieve my goal of slowly building back strength to keep myself comfortable during the pregnancy and speed up my postpartum recovery. I developed pelvic girdle pain at 34 weeks and Brooke helped me through the final weeks of my pregnancy by keeping me moving with safe exercise for my pelvis. I trained with Brooke between 28 and 41 weeks pregnant and I'm convinced the exercise I did leading up to the birth has contributed to my fast recovery following an unplanned c section. After the surgery, I started seeing Brooke again at 8 weeks postpartum following clearance from my physio and I'm so pleased with how my body feels with the postpartum specific exercise Brooke has set for me. Not only is Brooke a highly professional and skilled mumsafe trainer, Brooke is an empathetic and relatable mum who is passionate about helping new mums achieve good wellbeing through the pre and post birth body changes. Brooke uses her own experiences and her empathy for her client's unique journeys to forge a wonderful down-to-earth trainer-client relationship. I'm truly grateful for the chats Brooke and I have during our sessions - she is such a supportive person. In both the one-on-one sessions and group classes, Brooke tailors exercises to each individual woman and her journey. Thanks Brooke for being with me on my journey!
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Brooke! I've learnt so much from her on returning to fitness after my second baby, and have noticed a definite improvement in my core strength. The classes are tailored to your individual level, with variations of each exercise to suit different abilities, so everyone is catered for. A must do for new mama's, both before and after birth.

I'm blown away how you can accommodate everyone's different needs- whether they are still pregnant or postnatally and adjust it even to make our babies happy too!
