Fantastic experience: I started going to these classes 2 months ago, twice weekly. I got hooked on the challenge, and liked seeing the incremental strength and flexibility I have been gaining. My posture has improved markedly, and another great benefit has been the strengthening of my pelvic floor muscles. The increase in overall strength is impressive. I normally get bored quite quickly with exercise routines, but Marysa challenges every session, without fail, and after a couple of days to recover, I’m back again for another challenge. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The best barre I've tried. Started going to barre in LA and also a few classes in London and this is totally that level but with smaller classes so you get more detail on how to do it right. Love the stretch breaks built throughout every class, thought I'd be unable to walk the next day but the stretches really make a difference. The burn is so real, the instructors are charming and it's locally owned by the incredible owner Marysa. Getting super strong super quick, plus, dare I say, a lifted butt along with the obvious toning stuff. Highly highly recommend.
