They bring and awesome whānau vibe, Cole and Morz are so down to earth and just willing to help you on whatever fitness journey you are on! Excellent coaches, small group classes, exciting programming which can be scaled to all fitness levels and the added bouns I can bring my kids along. I went from never having done a burpee to not sighing when I see them up on the whiteboard BUT its not just about getting fit and strong, from the moment you walk in the door you are treated as part of the whanau which is what really makes Fundamental Force fitness special.
