Fantastic experience: Mohsen (or Mo) is a once in a lifetime coach who not only taught me how to defend myself, but he taught me invaluable lessons of how to physically and mentally take care of myself. I started boxing with Mo when I was 16 as a complete beginner. From the get go, Mo took the time to teach me the fundamentals and gave special attention to nurturing my skill sets and discipline. It’s not just Mo too, the loyal team around Mo creates a positive atmosphere where everyone lifts each other up to train their hardest. Such is the culture that Mo inspires. After more than three years of training at Mo Fitness, I didn’t just get fitter and stronger, I came out as a better person. Fantastic experience: BEST GYM IVE EVER BEEN TOOO!!! Such a welcoming environment to train at. For those who are self conscious of their weight or want to join boxing just for fun/seriously, this gym is great since everyone is trained at their level and treated equally (Actually be prepared to get hyped up by Mo and your peers) Since I’ve joined I’ve seen an amazing difference in weight loss and I’ve learnt great boxing skills. 1000% recommend this gymmmmm

Fantastic experience: Mo is a fantastic coach and his gym has something for everyone no matter what skill or confidence level and will help you train safely. No matter what kind of day you are having, Mo is there with a smile, a laugh and a helping hand. I have never been one for the gym but I have been training with Mo for almost a year and can't recommend him enough, kind, caring and always flexible with schedules and everyone who trains with him are so lovely and welcoming - if you're looking to try out boxing or even just some personal training, speak to Mo and come join the family.
Fantastic experience: Mo Fitness Coaching Club is a fantastic place to work out. I have gone to various different gyms and trainers but have never been able to stay consistent or committed. However, when I started going to Mo’s it was completely different. I’ve been going to him 2-4 times a week for over a year now and can say it’s been the best decision I ever made. I have finally been able to hit my fitness goals and excel further. My overall health, fitness and wellbeing have seen an astronomical improvement in the last year. Mo creates a community of people who are friendly, supportive and fun to train with. Many have been with him for many years which is just a testament to how great of a coach he is. The facilities are great and have everything you need. Boxing is a great sport for your fitness and resilience but Mo also provides programs for conditioning, cardio & weight training. Mo is an expert coach who creates plans for your specific needs and works with you to create and work towards your goals. I have achieved amazing results with him and couldn’t recommend him or this club highly enough! You definitely won’t regret giving it a try.

Fantastic experience: Mo has a massive heart and is incredibly good natured. He will get the most out of you and make it enjoyable at the same time. He also understands the human body the injuries that come with sport and aging. His passion to rehabilitate people back to 100% is fantastic. Not just a boxing gym He has a great weight set up, yoga classes, and really knows how to utelize these aspects to keeps people healthy, happy and on target. 17 years later I still live for my sessions with Mo and the team.
