Fantastic experience: First time in a gym in over 7 years. The coaches there made me feel safe and comfortable. I asked Anne (one of the coaches there) to repeat showing me several of the movements and she was more than happy to help. Perfect for any fitness level, including super unfit people like me! Really inclusive environment. And they have tea and coffee too!
Fantastic experience: Great fitness community. Professional session programming by The Process for all levels and ages - beginners to elite! Very highly recommended. Come and give us a go, you won't regret it!
Fantastic experience: Great little place that's full of heart and grit, a welcoming atmosphere where each other encourage and push each other to their best ability! Plus some great programmes for all ranges of fitness from the newbie to competition master! Enjoy
