Fantastic experience: This studio is amazing! I attended pilates mat, ballet centred and ballet Barre and all the classes are awesome and respectful for the body. Bridie is an amazing teacher that look after you and correct your posture when needed. I definitely recommend this studio if you love ballet, Pilates but also if you want to become finer and tone your body.

Fantastic experience: I love Bridie's classes. Her reformer classes are the best, she knows how to get you to move properly and pushes you in a good way. I love her stretch classes too, they are super relaxing and I always feel good after a session with Bridie.

Fantastic experience: Bridie is fantastic at what she does. Her exercises are varied and effective, and her guidance and explanations as we are doing them are very helpful. I attend mostly stretch classes and have always, without a doubt, found relief from my back pain afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I loved my class with Bridie! I regularly practice pilates and lagree and have a dance background so found this a perfect way to combine them both. My partner hasn't done any of the above but also found the workout challenging in a good way and an interesting workout. Definitely felt my muscles for a few days after! Thanks Bridie :D

Fantastic experience: Boutique Ballet & Pilates is a lovely little studio, easy to find, and plenty of free parking in the area. Bridie is a kind and encouraging teacher and makes the Ballet Centred class fun (as well as being a great workout). The Stretch & Release class is a great way to unwind afterwards.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking the ballet reformer classes with Bridie for a month now, and it really helps me isolate what muscles I need to work on to gain strength and alignment for Ballet. Highly recommend even if you are not a dancer!

Fantastic experience: I was new to ballet but not new to reformer and the Ballet Reformer classes are fantastic! Not only have they helped my dancing, but these classes are really enjoyable, a great workout, and have improved my overall strength. Absolutely would recommend!
