Fantastic experience: Great Gym , 24/7 is great considering there early early , always clean and fellow gym goers are always polite , only con is the radio / music sometimes is off when there 3 am but no biggie ! Definitely best gym in Hawera

Fantastic experience: Love being a part of Hubfit. The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment in tip-top shape. New machines arriving as the need arises to add to the wide selection already available. Always clean and tidy. Well laid out areas. Great 24/7 access provisions.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Hubfit for several years. I was impressed with the gym from the moment I arrived, Vicky set me up with a program and guided me through this. Vicky & Ben are very welcoming and accommodating. The 24/7 option is great meaning you can train when it suits you rather than being limited by opening hours. Over my time the gym has grown in membership & equipment. The gym is clean, machines well looked after. Overall a friendly welcoming environment. Wipes are readily available to wipe down machines & weights after use. Changing rooms and showers are available for members. A classroom for group classes is well utilised. I would definitely recommend Hubfit Hawera.

Fantastic experience: Not great, but good. Good is what matters. Most staff are quite friendly. Would still recommend and the equipment is better than any other local gym, with the most competitive gym fees.

Negative experience: Turned up on a Saturday as a casual and waited at the front desk for someone to turn up for 20 minutes. Happy to pay like I had done before. After hanging around, one member came up and informed me that the place wouldn’t be staffed on that day and to just workout and leave my details for payment later. A member of staff (presumably the owner) eventually turned up and proceeded to tell me that I “shouldn’t be there” even after I offered to pay whatever the casual sum was. I left after completing one exercise with a bitter taste in my mouth a desire to never come back. Welcoming members, unwelcoming staff, simple as that.
