Evolution Fitness 24hr Gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym. I go after hours as it's a 24 hour gym. Plenty of parking and easy to use equipment at that time. Clean and great environment to do a work out

I’m generally only a casual as I use this gym when I’m up at Whitianga . An unpretentious gym in the beautiful Whitianga. The classes are Fantastic too my daughter loved them while up in whiti working over the summer From Uni . Thanks so much Evolution for an excellent gym experience!

Fantastic experience: I was here for 3 days last week. Team gave me a 24/7 keypads which was super helpful! The gym itself is perfect - 3 squat racks, dumbbells to 50kg, 3 cable machines and various other machines. The staff are also super helpful - thanks for letting me use your gym!

The staff is very friendly and the gym equipment is world class. They are by far the best gym in Coromandel. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I visited Evolution Fitness a few times during a short-lived (due to COVID-19 lockdown) distant work placement I had in Whitianga. On first arrival I was met by Buddy, a friendly and charming man seated at the front desk who gave me a warm welcome to the town and was very helpful and considerate in setting me up at the gym. I only had experience in the large room using free weights and machines. The equipment was high quality and obviously well looked after (relevant to the gym as a whole). I visited in the morning and found no trouble with gaining access to / waiting for equipment. The energy in the gym was great, and I actually hit a few PR's being in and around the other gym users who were focused but also very friendly. They have other martial art services and spaces available but I was not able to get involved before the lockdown. I highly recommend this gym to all who are contemplating a visit, you certainly won't regret being there.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved going to this gym.. my first time here and the experience was great. Small friendly space which is locally owned and operated. I also learned its a family run business which i love over those big metro corporation type gyms. Buddy the owner was helpful and very knowledgeable about physical fitness and nutrition tips. He took the time to ensure i felt very welcome at the gym. Looking forward to this becoming my regular gym for all my workouts. Totally pumped to try out their new HIIT classes too as i love the group style classes!
