Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place and so happy I got into it. Amazing school with amazing people that I'm proud to call my second home, friends and family. Highly recommend if you've ever considered giving it a go or want to try something new!

Negative experience: Because someone is very good at something - and those guys surely are - does not mean that they are good when it comes to progressing other people in a safe way. There was clearly no understanding on the impact different exercises have on the body. "I did it like that, that is how I became strong" does not apply to everyone´s body. Also do not refund or arrange for catch up sessions when you had an accident, so be aware there, you might waste your money in case something happens. Place is tidy, parking options good.
