Fantastic experience: The studio is the best pole and aerial sports studio in Hamilton. The studio has three spacious rooms with many options such as pole dancing, hoops, hammocks and yoga. All of the staff and students are lovely and inviting. If it is your first time, you'll be well looked after. The studio has a great variety and number of classes and practice times in comparison to other studios. They can also host hens parties and they do occasional showcases. I've been at the studio for nearly a year and never have I ever felt more at home.

Fantastic experience: I was super super nervous to start classes, being both socially anxious and unfit (lol), but beginner pole is amazing! Shannon is a wonderful teacher :) It has made getting out of my comfort zone less uncomfortable than expected!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love attending classes here! Started off with beginner A pole at the start of the year. I have have since signed up for a membership and am taking both pole and aerial hoop classes now and it's the best decision I ever made. All the instructors are so supportive and all us students get to encourage each other along the way. My fitness level and confidence has gone up so much and I always look forward to my classes each week. Can't recommend the studio enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to beginner pole dance classes here since September last year and had an absolute blast. The instructors are super supportive and make sure that any tricks you're doing are done safely. Generally the vibe of the classes is really friendly and open and is a great place to make new friends and try a new hobby. 100% recommend going here if you're thinking about trying pole dancing

Fantastic experience: The Studio is honestly my happy place. I started off here for pole and now do Aerial hoop and will soon be starting aerial hammock. It's the coolest way to get fit and the tutors are amazing. I always leave this place feeling so good!

Fantastic experience: When I first attended The Studio in 2017, I was shy and lacking both physical and inner strength. After only a couple of classes I came to realise what an amazing place this is. My physical body has changed with the added strength and toning the aerial arts gives you. But the biggest change for me is the self confidence and self worth I have developed. 100% recommend this place to everyone. Fun energic and so many benefits. Absolutely amazing place. This is all evidence of how far the studio go to make sure youre happy, feeling it, and 100% in your element! I came to them off the street with absolutley no dance experience or muscle tone, and they have completely turned my life around. Definitely a big reccomend!
