Fantastic experience: It's the greatest adaptive studio in the whole world so much
Positive experience: I enjoyed the classes, enjoyed being pushed beyond my limits and having a PT knowing Im capable of doing it. The PT's really monitored group classes for correct posture to make sure exercises were done correctly and as I has a archililies tendon that's still healing they worked around it. It feels good to be in good hands with PT's who know what theyre doing and feeling looked after. THANK YOU RYZE FITNESS
