Fantastic experience: Had our son's 7th birthday here yesterday. We booked 2 laser tag games and a session on the arcade machines. The staff did a great job looking after us, and were very flexible with the booking when 2 kids pulled out with 24 hours to go. They even let a couple of adults join the laser tag when one of the boys was late showing up! Heaps of fun! As a child of the 80s the Arcade games were awesome, and the kids absolutely loved all of it. The venue is very compact which is so much better when you are looking after a bunch of young kids - no chance they will get lost! Also fantastic that they don't have a tickets "prize" system for the arcade as it means no arguments, no disappointment, and a far better outcome for the environment!! Just a great venue where the only thing the kids care about is having fun playing. It is also really good value for money. The birthday room was also comfortably big enough (they have more than 1). As a parent I have not been to a better birthday venue for kids and would love to go back and play laser tag with our friends sometime! A couple of very minor suggestions. A bit more light in the room would be good as it was a bit of a strain! Also worth making sure parents are aware that if they book the first session (10am on a Saturday) that they might not be open until just a few minutes beforehand. For us it was no issue as the kids were allowed to get stuck into the arcades while laser tag was set up.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best laser tag place I've been to, love it! So many game modes, two levels you can play on and the guy there conducting the game is so friendly and genuine. Highly recommend

Negative experience: If I could do zero stars I would. I booked for laser tag at here for a group of ten for a birthday party. I recieved my confirmation email and when I turned up they proceeded to tell me they had recieved a booking for 60 people so my booking was now cancelled. We did not recieve any form of booking cancellation email and we had travelled from out of town to do this. Highly disappointed with their communication skills and the fact that they would cancel an established booking because a larger group came without letting the original booking know is disgusting.

Fantastic experience: My sister had a birthday party Saturday night and the staff -Oden was extremely helpful from booking the venue to facilitating laser games for 20+teens for full two hours. We all had a great time. On the next day the Oden even walked an extra mile and helped to retrieve a lost item from the trash bin! his outstanding service is greatly appreciated. Definitely recommended when you want to have a marvellous party time with laser games.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, still remember the fun I had as a kid, what's better is the fun you have as an adult especially because you're bigger and faster. Honestly a super-fun place and considering the price really well worth it.

Negative experience: Rating this 2stars because of how unprofessional the owner/customer service man is. He is unwelcoming to people, and seems not interested for people to play the game there. He looks unbother, doesn't care and is grumpy. Playing laser tag should be fun, exciting and entertaining but if you have someone like that welcoming you? No thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been travelling overseas to play a tournament here last year and came back to play another tournament here recently. The equipment (32 Laserforce Gen8 vests) is in a well maintained state, the maze nice and challenging, the staff super friendly and welcoming and prices for tag, drinks, etc are good.

Fantastic experience: My son and his friends had the best time here yesterday for his 15th birthday. It's hard finding things for teens to do for birthdays, but this is a must do! Communication was great, easy to book in and a really fun experience. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great venue for laser tag! These guys have got the balance right - challenging enjoyable laser tag, front foyer/ waiting area has a great mix of the favourite Arcade games - 2 of each, so kids can pair off with a friend to play them. The arcade games are free, which makes it such a fantastic deal. It lacks the frenetic stress other laser tag places seem to emit, so parents and kids can enjoy it without the sensory overload and irritation that seems to spark. Hats off the the guys who run it - it's a slick operation smoothly cycling between all the different groups playing without a hitch all night. They know kids and proactively suggest ways to mix up teams to keep the challenge going for the 3 hour session. We thought 3 hours would be too long for 10 teenagers, but the calmer lobby, free arcade games and unlimited laser tag keep them fully entertained the whole night, so it never got to that out of control/ bored point. We had pizzas delivered & ate in the foyer with no hassle. There is a large party room - open plan so don't feel like you're locked away. Verdict from 10 teenager boys was 'the best laser party ever'! Well worth the 45minute drive it took to get there! Definitely the best deal price wise too! Looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Friends threw me a surprise party here - absolutely great time was had by all. Worked out to something like 27 dollars per person for three hours of laser tag and games, the laser equipment is pretty high end (the guns had touch screens!) and our Game master, Odin, had a really infectious enthusiasm for the game itself. Well worth it!

Fantastic experience: This is the best laser tag location in Auckland! You have to try this place! I would recommend that children are on the older side for this one (8+) The map is well mapped out and decorated, and new laser tag suits. The staff are passionate about what they do and have an actual understanding of laser tag. On the down side it does get a bit cramped but it doesn't hurt the experience what so ever.(I would recommend booking a party room). Overall this is a great please only the locals know about and I would definitely recommend this place!

Definitely needs to work alot more and harder on his people skills and customer service if he wants people to return and support this business,because 3mins around the corner is a more friendly Laser tag venue with more activities then just Laser Tag. A decent sized map to play in with small and large groups, suitable for all ages, Plenty of free parking. Snacks,drinks and goodies are available from the counter. Good venue for Birthday parties.

Positive experience: Arcade area is very small not helped by the dining tables being right next to the games. However customer service was excellent the guy at the counter looked after us. My nieces and nephew's loved the laser tag itself.

Negative experience: Worst lasertag experience ever! Definitely not family friendly...over crowded/standing room only. Disorganised. Only one staff member present the whole time who I can only describe as rude and arrogant (called us up to discuss our booking by yelling “OI!” from behind the counter twice while beckoning is to come up/when I asked if he could put my phone somewhere safe he snatched it out of my hand before I finished speaking and tossed it behind the counter) There was no briefing before the game about rules or safety procedures just told to put the vests on quickly and sent in to play. During the game we were put in a team of 11 players vs a team of 20 players which we weren’t aware of until the game was over but the younger players on our team were being outnumbered and ambushed by other team...they felt intimidated by whole experience and DID NOT HAVE A GOOD TIME! I had a player from the other team run into me with such force I fell to the ground!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SERIOUSLY HURT...My recommendation is to stay away from this place a complete waste of money

Negative experience: Booked a table for my sons birthday today I had my the worst experience ever. The staff was so rude and unprofessional not a people's person what so ever. The place was over crowded. He bit more than he could chew. The guy started vacuuming while kids were still at the table eating. It was amberrasing. I have been going there for yrs for my little ones birthday but sadly not any more. That man doesn't belong there as he doesn't have the right attitude for the job.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolute blast! Super fun even as a young adult. Way better than Xtreme because they have really good prices and new laser tag equipment. Oden is an amazing host and game coordinator, explaining the rules really well and even giving us free arcade games in between. The map layout is the same as always, however with all the new game modes it feels like a different story each time. We will come back!

Negative experience: Been having my kids birthday party at laser force for 3 years straight up and had good fun and good customer service.. EXCEPT FOR TODAYS PARTY EXPERIENCE upon inquiry i was told 30 mindt arcade and 2 laser tag 1 or 2 booking was at same time as mine .The older man you was the only staff there wasnt very friendly also brought only 2 coins each for kids upon asking that i was told half hour arcade game was informed he said rhat was charged years ago which he clearly lied staff also said i have to party at same time which clealy wasnt my problem as a bussines he should have know to allow gaps between booking they only have like7 tp 8 arcade machine and i had a group of 10. And others had more then me booking all of us at 1 time and telling me kids can place arcade games while other kids are playing how does that works. as i had my boys party there last year he stated is of late so i thought i will be given enough time as i was booked for 2 hours kids were still eating , staff came and said u need to leave as only booked for 2 hours we still had time and he started cleaning while we were still there. I had to quickly pack up as he said other booking was after me . He cleaned and turned light off and room was empty no booking was after me . Poor service by staff make alot to difference or else the place is good fun place for kids .just needs enthusiastic staff .Guy i dealt with today was an older man rudely spoken to kids and to me not kind at all.

Fantastic experience: Had a birthday there for kids, was great fun. Building looks shoddy and could do with a paint so was a bit worried but the experience was great and ther people running it were awesome. Ordered in pizzas and kids and adults had a ball.
