Fantastic experience: I started going to Ange's yoga classes when I was pregnant and then again once babs was born for mums and babs. I love her small, intimate classes and her personal touch to all the classes she teaches. It's our safe haven and a place we look forward to going to each week. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have become a regular at Ange's sessions...I love her approach, her manner, her soundtracks and the variety of poses and flow, encouraging you set your own limits and rest when you need it. I always come away feeling gently challenged but at peace
