Aroha Nui Yoga: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Linsey has created a yoga environment that is welcoming to all ages and abilities. Instructions are clear and people are encouraged to take poses only to their comfort zone. After an hour I feet stronger and more flexible. Her relaxation session is unhurried and assists sleep. It's an added bonus being able to choose if I want to participate on-line or at the yoga studio.
