Fantastic experience: We had Sophie from Being Yoga come and do an outdoor Yoga In The Park Event for us! The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all. She catered the session to all abilities which was amazing! And finished the class with a beautiful, positive quote for the week ahead at the end was my fave! Can’t wait to have Sophie back for another event! Definitely the best Yoga Class I’ve been to, would highly recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Sophie is a passionate and professional yogi. She consistently presents practises of a high standard and always explains what areas of the body we are working on. Sophie's sessions are achievable for a range of people, she includes options for those who can manage more and rest positions for those who may find some moves difficult. Sophie is very personable, has a fresh smile and makes one feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: Love the Monday evening class, suitable for all levels, and great for releasing tension and setting you up for a good week. In the warmer months, the class is held outdoors as the sun sets over Ambury farm, which is a lush experience!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Being NZ enough. I have never walked out of a studio feeling more at peace with myself, more fulfilled and more energetic. Their trainers are professional and inspiring and you won’t recommend taking a class with them

Fantastic experience: My wife finally convinced me to try new things. This is one I won’t forget nor regret. Great way to take yourself away from your busy schedule and focus on yourself. Escape everyday repetitive thoughts. Challenging and very satisfying. I’ll be back

Fantastic experience: Sophie is a highly professional and inclusive teacher. She is skilled at achieving the right balance of making you feel at the end of each class that you’ve had a great workout but still feel like you didn’t push your body too hard. Her classes are mindful, deeply relaxing and is always tailored to each persons speed and capability. I only wish I can go more often. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Started a few months ago as someone who had only ever casually done yoga... haven't missed a class since! Love this class and always look forward to the next. Sophie is an amazing instructor, calm, encouraging, always bringing you back to focus. Best thing is everyone goes at their own pace and level. Yoga sessions at Ambury Farm are EPIC!

Fantastic experience: My Monday evenings at 7pm are a highlight of my week. I have been attending Sophie’s BeingYogaNZ class for over a year and a half and I love it. I always finish feeling blissed out, it starts the week off right and helps me to manage my energy and stress. It helps me to be mindful and get into my body. My flexibility and strength have improved. I highly recommend this class. I am inspired to learn more about yoga on a personal level as well. Thanks Sophie!

Fantastic experience: Thoroughly enjoy my classes with Sophie at Being Yoga - she's attentive, gives great instruction, is easy to follow, and creates classes that leave me absolutely floating afterwards. Sophie's caring, calm nature make for a class that is both relaxing and challenging. Couldn't recommend Being Yoga enough.

Fantastic experience: Yoga hasn’t being something I gravitated to but the first time I took Sophies’s class their was something beautiful and unique about her as a person, her energy and the way she teaches I surprised myself and enjoy it very much. Sophie not only gets your body moving she has taught me how to have an all round mind, body, soul connection. Through this I have learn to trust myself, pursue my goal and grow more as an individual. I can wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Sophie’s yoga classes for a couple of years now and they’re amazing. I was sceptical about the idea of doing yoga at first as I didn’t think I was flexible or spiritual enough. But Sophie makes everyone feel at ease, and you just work to your own ability. The benefits to both my mental and physical health have been awesome. The breathing techniques have also really benefited my everyday life, helping me relax and feel less anxious. Can’t recommend enough!
