Fantastic experience: I have been attending yoga classes at Melrose House with Christianaseva. It is a lovely end to my day attending the yoga classes, and at a great venue .We usually begin and end with a meditation, which is so relaxing.

Whenever I have been to the Centre for Pure Spiritual Healing, Intuitive Counselling, the Breathing and Yoga classes or for Pure Meditation Evenings, I always leave feeling full of peace and joy and as though I have received exactly what I needed at the time. The Pure Meditation Course is a profoundly beautiful course that has given me the knowledge and the tools to go forward to find more inner peace, love and contentment in my life.
