Cielo Wellbeing is a Taranaki boutique Yoga and Therapeutic Massage studio in New Plymouth, owned and operated by Amber Cielo.

My therapeutic focus lies in relieving tension, enhancing tissue flexibility, and promoting mobility while supporting emotional and physical rejuvenation through activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. I personalise each treatment, listening to you, and tailoring each session to your needs. I employ a range of techniques including:• deep tissue• sports massage• relaxation• myofascial release• fascial release facials• one on one yoga and movement sessions
I cater to specific needs such as back pain, neck and shoulder discomfort, headaches, and sciatica, and in response to clients’ unique requirements.
Clients may customise their treatments by adding extensions of 30, 60, or 90 minutes top their existing bookings. For instance, when booking, you can extend a 60-minute massage by an additional 30 minutes to learn stretching techniques tailored to your needs. Alternatively, enhance your 60-minute facial appointment with a 30-minute back massage. By integrating various treatments into your session, you can enhance, deepen, and prolong the benefits of your experience.
During pregnancy, I offer prenatal massage services, ensuring a soothing experience while addressing the effort required to grow a human. I also provide in workplace, onsite massage services to enhance and support the wellbeing of your team.
Accessibility is paramount at the Brixton studio, with easy car parking, and access, and an adjustable electric table catering to your comfort, the studio is thoughtfully designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
My availability extends to New Plymouth every Wednesday where I work from Pilates New Plymouth at 28 Northgate. Whether at the Brixton studio or in central New Plymouth, my wish is to encourage a deep mind-body connection and a sense of empowerment and agency to care for your body.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Cielo Wellbeing enough! Amber is such a lovely person and provides a calming atmosphere. If you like firm massage that makes you feel drunk on toxins then you must go here!!
