Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing setup. I am new to the studio and absolutely love it. I tried out three different classes and all teachers were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed each class and signed up for a further 10-pass ticket for now, thinking of becoming a full member. The studio itself is beautiful and sits in a great spot, nicely surrounded by nature. A true gem. I am keen to try out one of the sound bath sessions. My job is very demanding and the sessions I attended made me emotionally and physically relaxed and calm. Love it, love it, love it.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Yoga House! The beautiful studio is tucked away in walnut cottage in Orewa and is the perfect place for a peaceful practice. There are a variety of teachers who are all so lovely and offer their unique approach to yoga teaching. I grew in my yoga practice and really felt like a part of the community. Definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: Yoga House in Orewa is a gorgeous studio flooded in natural light with wooden floors beside the Nukumea Stream. Sophie is the epitome of calm and grace; an excellent teacher with so many skills and secrets up her sleeve – everything from yoga, reiki, and sound baths to candle making which keeps things interesting. I have really enjoyed the Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Barre classes that Sophie teaches. The high quality of teaching is evident across all of the instructors, from Vinyasa with Simmy, Barre with Sarah, Pilates with Tash, and Sculpt with Aleasia to name a few. It’s a joy to practice at this studio, one of the best I have attended.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! So far I had classes with Sophie, Tash and Aleasia and absolutely loved it. The Teachers are very experienced and kind putting everyone at ease. They communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it. Namaste!

Fantastic experience: I would rate this one of the best workout studios in Auckland for its range of classes, quality of instructors and overall offerings including events such as sound baths, reiki, mini retreats, and community gatherings . They're very picky with instructors and have true expert practitioners in a variety of styles - yin, yin/yang, power yoga and vinyasa. But unlike most yoga studies, they also have challenging pilates and barre classes that allow people to get as good of a workout as you would at a high end gym... making it a really nice balance as you can scale up and down your intensity throughout their schedule of classes. One more thing I love is that they do a great job offering classes that cater to a wide variety of people - teenagers to retirees, males and females, newbies to these kinds of exercise and passionate veterans. I honestly can't say enough about it - what you guys have built with this studio is truly something special.

Fantastic experience: How have I lived in Orewa all this time and only just discovered this magical place! I’m on class number 4, tried restorative yoga, Pilates and Vinyasa so far and love them all! Coming here instantly eases any stress and the space is truly magical. It’s my new happy place, I’m hooked!

Fantastic experience: Orewa yoga house is a sanctuary . The instructors are all amazing, so welcoming and kind. If you are considering a serene experience I recommend orewa yoga 100 percent. They welcome new members and new to yoga students with open arms.

The sessions always leave me feeling so connected and grounded, and always seem to be exactly what I need. The studio is so inviting and gorgeous. Feel very lucky to have this as our local studio. :)

Fantastic experience: Sophie's Yoga House is the most precious place. I always leave it feeling like I have received exactly what I needed, and find myself craving a session there whenever I am away. The classes offer amazing ways to both get stronger but also relax and rest. It's everything I ever wanted and I am so stoked it's local to me!

Fantastic experience: Love going along to a Sunday 4pm Restorative Yoga class with Sophie. Sophie has been a real breath of fresh air in our family's lives, she radiates sunshine every time we see her. My wife, eldest daughter and I have all had her Reiki sessions too. The ambiance she sets in the room with music, bowls, essences, other amazing noises that just take you into another world of relaxation along with her voice, really sets the tone to finish the weekend and set us up to restart a new week feeling very grateful, balanced and refreshed. Absolutely worth it if your looking for any of the above in the ever going stressful lives we may live. :) Please keep doing the amazing work you do Sophie. I can't say anything for all the other classes or coaches as this is exactly what we as a family needed and wanted in our already busy lives. Willy

Fantastic experience: I’m a Yoga House regular and I just love attending classes. Sophie has created a truly wonderful space. The interior is calming with attention to detail, the aromatherapy oils, incense and crystals are fantastic quality, and the Sound Bath classes are divine! There really is something for everyone, with a well thought-out timetable that offers many class options. All the teachers are encouraging and supportive, extremely kind and knowledgable. The community of people at Yoga House is also pretty awesome and we often share a laugh!

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is everything you want in a yoga studio - it's peaceful, spacious, friendly, and inviting. You can relax and breathe a bit easier as soon as you arrive. The teachers are all excellent with unique styles and personalities. There's something for everyone at Yoga House. Sophie's presence is serene and compassionate, a wonderful light for the community. Keep up the amazing work.

Fantastic experience: I have attended 4x weekly sessions at Yoga House Orewa over a period of a month, experiencing the full breadth of the classes on offer. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all levels of fitness & flexibility, and the space is incredibly soothing. Such a magnificent refuge from the business of everyday life. I highly recommend Sophie & her brilliant team to add some zest to your mental & physical well-being

Fantastic experience: Sophie is a ray of sunshine, a gentle soul that radiates from inside and makes everyone around her feel the same. I'd pay to just sit in a room with her for an hour, let alone add some yoga into the mix. She has a knack for making you sweat while feeling like you are floating. Her classes are extremely restorative. I highly recommend her.
