Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this studio enough. Such a beautiful space in a stunning location overlooking Muriwai beach. Vicky is warm, kind and welcoming from the moment you arrive and her teaching style effortlessly caters to all skill levels from complete beginners to experienced yogis. I left feeling calm, rejuvenated and uplifted. Can’t wait to go back :)

Fantastic experience: Teacher Hollys Chakra Journey class has left me feeling more capable in my yoga, and immediately rejuvenated both physically and spiritually. You get to flow through poses while in a safe space looking out at the beautiful Muriwai. Holly guides you in such a way that makes you feel confident and in tune with the movements you are doing. It is the most magical class to attend, you finish with a sound bowl and guided meditation that allows your mind to stretch after your body has. Highly recommend!!
