Fantastic experience: Yoga Central Studio is a welcoming and relaxing space! Jen offers great alternatives for poses letting you tailor the class to your needs. The Tuesday Slow Flow is perfect for relaxing, stretching after a stressful day, while the Wednesday class offers a more challenging mix of strength, flexibility, and balance. A great spot for all levels!
